  2. Thanks for the update and hearing video. Now that I’ve ranted about her being careless previously, it looks as if the state was mostly harassing her. ??

    • Two sides, I’m still watching the hearing. It appears that the probation officer thought she was complying with the court’s bond order when approving for Marissa to leave the house because she knew when, where, and how long. As I understand it, the judge has entered another order removing ambiguity.

    • Yahtzee, I’m grateful to News One for reporting it, and grateful to Word Press for giving us a “reblog” button. It really saves time when another blog has already reported or written about it.

This sounded like one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing. Sounds like the State jumped the gun without fully getting the story from the Sheriff’s office.

This is just another example of how biased Florida law enforcement officials are.

Piglet assaults his ‘pregnant’ girlfriend and the Seminole County DA refuses to press charges.

Marissa Alexander runs errands and they are ready to throw her back into jail.

Just another example proving that Florida is a racist shithole.

  8. Jordan2222,
You, or someone impersonating you, have sent filthy, racially derogatory comments to this blog. While I would not allow your recent comment for that reason, it wasn’t about the subject article either. It was a sneaky way of trying to introduce a D.P. argument.

Since you participate on blogs that allow your opinions, there is no good faith reason for you to try and post here unless it’s to verbally vandalize and divert discussions to the agenda of those such as D.P. and Miss Filth.

    You are not welcomed here.

      • Mindyme, remember our discussion back in 2012 about what type of blog environment we wanted? It was decided then that Blackbutterfly7 would be a safe place to land for people of all races who support equality and equal justice for all, regardless of race.

Jordan2222 participates on a blog that allows Frederick Leatherman, who I respect, to be denigrated and slandered. He submitted a comment here then went on another blog announcing his action and accused me of being Natalie Jackson.

Now he wants to come into this house? No way.

I have a feeling he was put up to it because the others are blacklisted in the Word Press queue and know if they submit a comment here that, (as one told Danny), the Sheriff will come a-calling.

          These clowns are arrogant.

Xena, are you going to write a post on FL lawmakers attempting to make brandishing a firearm and firing a warning shot legal?

Because they are afraid to offend ALEC and the NRA by tweeking SYG FL lawmakers are changing laws associated with controversial cases like Marrisa Alexander which show how biased and vague the SYG law is.

If I can locate supporting news articles/reports, sure, I can work on that. If you have them and want to write about it, you are welcome to be a guess writer here.

There’s a thin line between brandishing a firearm to stop a situation that could be deadly, as opposed to using it to terrorize people who intend no harm. Sounds like what Florida wants is open carry.

Brings back painful memories, for sure. And, now, this?!

But I suppose I should give him the benefit of the doubt: Maybe he’s just trying to prove himself to be a true and tough prosecutor after their unimaginable, utter incompetence in the so-called “trial” of Trayvon Martin’s murderer.

Thanks for the update, Xena. This case has always troubled me.
