Using Deadly Force in 40 Seconds
Phone records provide evidence that the numerous actions and words as told by George Zimmerman that caused him to use “self-defense” took place in less than one minute, and that time includes un-holstering his weapon, aiming, and making sure his left-hand was not in the path of the kill shot when he killed unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Possible? No!
George Zimmerman is not adding in actions to his story. Rather, he is completely making it up; from being approached 40 feet from where Trayvon’s body laid, to forensic evidence that provides Trayvon did not bash Zimmerman’s head in the sidewalk, neither place his hands over Zimmerman’s nose and mouth.

Not to forget that in those 45 seconds, during which the 911 call picks up, there is rolling on the ground, talking and screaming in pain. All of which seems to account for as much as 40 seconds of it.

Seriously, without a weapon pointed at him, I can’t see GZ justifying using deadly force in 40 seconds. All of what Zimmerman says happened during that time could not have happened.

@Eric. You could be right. That’s something I thought about when Zimmerman said he was out of time. Zimmerman tells us in the Hannity interview that he was yelling hoping the cops would locate him. Then, he says that he was terrified that the cops would arrive, see him with a gun, and shoot him. That only makes logical sense if Zimmerman was terrified that the cop arriving would find a screaming kid with a grown man holding a gun on him.

gz is FIVE weight classes above Trayvon and they would not even be allowed in a ring together, not even for practice sessions. …And that’s before you even add in the six months of 600 dollar professional self defense/ martial arts training course that gz had, without a derogatory note from his instructors.
This man is trying to tell us that he was completely unable to perform even one of the simplest defensive maneuvers, he trained to perform, on an untrained teen who never learned anything at all about fighting. Worse, as if that weren’t enough, the killer was armed with a firearm, loaded to the hilt with hollow point bullets, and kept concealed. Needless to say that Trayvon has probably never even handled a gun. In fact he advises his girlfriend to be extremely careful with the gun her mother kept for her. Where a thug would be scheming to get his hands on it.
Adding to my speculation that Trayvon was followed from home, I’ve looked at the maps again and realized that, since the RATL was not fenced in, the most likely escape routes of ill intended people would have been to run to the many cut throughs that lead to the surrounding communities. NOT the rear gate, which lead only to So. Oregon Avenue.
By cutting through into the other communities, miscreants seeking to escape, would defeat being followed by cars, since vehicles would have to go the long way around to the next community, giving them time to either hide or reach the homes of friends where they could hide. The claims of them using the rear gate is nothing but fiction. Most likely gz had seen Trayvon on one of his daily “dog walking” patrols and likely knew where he was staying.

When carrying a gun, the most reasonable thing to do if physically confronted is try to defend yourself without having to use a deadly weapon. By Zimmerman saying that he pinned Trayvon’s arm and went to unholster his weapon, conveys that he could have kept Trayvon pinned and had no need to draw his gun.
It’s murder in the second degree.

Right, and that’s if you believe his story. However the evidence shows that he didn’t just apply a restraining hold, he applied something extremely painful. Perhaps the prosecution has tracked down his trainer and asked about what lessons he actually received, and obtained some performance data as well.
The instructors can certainly explain what they teach, the various moves and what they do. I’m beginning to wonder if gz didn’t stretch Trayvon’s wrist ligaments or do some real damage to Trayvon’s wrist. Since he would probably be angry and brutal, he might have over done it and left evidence.
Well, I’m 700 messages behind, but a lot of them are just one liners.

His lies compound themselves exponentially, if he tells 3 lies then tell 3 more lies about that you have 32 or 9 lies. If he then tells three more likes you get 33 or 27 lies, then three more lies about those lies and you have 34 or 81 lies. He’s a geometrically progressive liar! Hardly a wonder then, that all of his lies cannot be enumerated.

Yeppers, that’s it, and all these lies create new pathways the story can flow through, so they add up exponentially. I’m sure going to be glad when the trial starts, I’m sure his inconsistencies will then wipe the smile off his face. New tactic for blog hit and run. When you find a blog with proZ’s simply find a proZ rant in excess of 4 lines and reply “That’s not what George said!” or “Are you calling George a liar?”, or “nice explanation, to bad George didn’t use it!” or “Hey, you just said George is guilty!”, stuff like that, but just be sure that your reply is a non-responsive one. It drives them crazy and makes them respond with even more long winded lies.

@Lonnie Starr. I don’t go to pro-GZ sites. Neither do I comment on news article sites. Back around April of last year, I commented on Yahoo articles. I removed myself from that cesspool in or about May 2012. Zidiots posting there are mean-spirited and racial bigots. No matter the subject of the article, they turned comments towards race. Because Yahoo uses a thumb rating, they used multiple accounts to thumbs down comments so they were hidden. They use one handle to post a comment, and then their other handles to reply to their own comments.
They also began impersonating pro justice for Trayvon supporters, posting vile and racists comments.
I choose not to subject myself to their games. But, thanks for the recommendations. They might prove beneficial to others.

Keep the links, although I’ve discovered some flaws in the work the authors have posted to youtube, I’m working to see that those flaw are over come. One author, for example missed the morning of day 4 and posted only 30 minutes of it. Apparently they do not know how to use their “windows scheduler” program. You can set it to activate any programs you chose, so that even if you are going to be away from home, your video and recording programs can still be started automatically. Oh well, now I’ve got a lot of work to do, to find the missing recordings and replace what’s in the playlists.

I had high hopes that he would be convicted, but because of the things that these potential jurors are saying is make never wonder will they set him free. I just keep thinking to myself what if these potential juror are lying saying that they can be impartial just so that he walks away Scott free. I still have my faith in God that he will be convicted… I’m doing heavy praying, please God have your hand in this case so that we can get justice for our Angel Trayvon Benjamin Martin…thank you God… Amen.

Tracy and Sybrina started in faith and trust in truth. They continue walking that path. It resulted in an impartial investigation and Zimmerman’s arrest. After his arrest, Zimmerman brought curses upon himself and used ShelLIE in his plots. As a man so sows, the same shall he reap. Zimmerman gave no mercy to Trayvon. There’s no mercy planted in his garden of life. George M. Zimmerman shall be convicted of murder in the 2nd degree.

Racist or not, unless one is too far gone to be normal, people do not like being lied to! They find injustice difficult to accept and lies are the cornerstone of injustice!
It is the rarest of individuals who can accept gross insult to their own intelligence and still remain in the same camp with their detractors. Most racists today are more like “weekend racists” than of the kind we had “yesterday”, when they had little to no reason to hide. The garden variety racists we have today, have little stomach for facing down the crowd, so they hide. They will vote with the majority.

Xena! You are SPOT ON of what I have been screaming from my rooftop! His STORY does not make any sense,it is IMPOSSIBLE! In my mind I have been unable to imagine ANYONE believing this.On a daily basis I see how many DO.Today I read someone comment so smartly that all of these people we are hearing say they are too busy to even know what is going on in their own backyards(same town),but NOT too busy to take 4 to 6 weeks to sit on the jury?? Plus today we learned to even be sequestered?! It make no sense to me!

@Marilyn C. Positive energy reaps positive energy. As more people take interest in this case, watch truthful videos and read honest material, that positive energy flows. Not only does it render negative energy moot, but the negative energy sent forth by GZ supporters builds upon and against GZ. We see where that negative energy his supporters send out towards Trayvon, his parents, and their lawyers, has settled on GZ — wife awaiting trial for felony perjury, financially in debt and begging; excessive weight gain which is not healthy; and a legal team that consistently has their motions denied.

Xena, loved the video but there is one problem. The timeline for the T-Mobile phone. Their times can be off by 59 seconds and not just a few. A call that came in at 7:15 and 1 second might show up as 7:16. That is one of the issues some have with the T-Mobile records. Still even if you add on the extra seconds it still is quite a bit to have happened.

No, no, you’re getting confused, this is not about the gap between DD’s call being dropped. It’s about the 911 call picking up, from the time it starts until the gunshot is heard there is only 45 seconds.

@towerflower. That is why Witness 11’s statement is important. Comparing what she heard, why and when she called 911 with DeeDee’s statement, it is reasonable to believe that Witness 11 heard the “scuffle” right around the time that DeeDee’s call disconnected. Her call was logged into 911 at 7:16:11. The other part is the 40 seconds from scuffle to gunshot. Yes — it is quite a bit to have happened if we believe GZ, which makes it completely unbelievable, IMO.
