Laptop with info on Trump Tower Stolen from Secret Service agent
Can’t help but wonder if the First Lady was residing in the White House, if the Secret Service would have been in New York?

Police are scrambling to retrieve a laptop that was stolen from a Secret Service agent in Brooklyn, New York, Thursday morning.
The computer contained information about Trump Tower and the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server, authorities told the New York Daily News.
The Daily News and other outlets first reported that the computer’s contents were classified, but a Secret Service statement later indicated otherwise.
“Secret Service issued laptops contain multiple layers of security including full disk encryption and are not permitted to contain classified information,” the statement reads. The Secret Service, however, will of course continue investigating the theft.

Why do I have the feeling that some how this computer will be found to have some very damaging information about Mz. Clinton on it? Of course it will accidently fall into the wrong hands and cause the investigation into the wrong doings of King tRump to have to be put on the back burner! Had this occurred during the administration of President Obama, the GOPTP would already be holding emergency hearings on how he had allowed the computer to have been lost!

Mothman,
I was thinking just the opposite. LOL! I was thinking that information about Trump might fall into the right hands.

Seems unwise of the agent to leave that laptop in the vehicle’s trunk.

Yahtzee,
The laptop might have been on the inside of the vehicle within view of passers-by. This is interesting news. Let’s see where it goes.

Two sides,
Right! It’s tiring at this point.

Hmmm, Wonder how hard it would be for tRump to engineer something like this…

Livesaneblog, It wouldn’t be hard. Trump is known for doing things for making news. But, it’s getting to be tiring. America is looking for solutions and encouragement, not a cry baby soap opera writer.

Xena – Hi, I am thinking more along the lines of an overlay for the sucker play.
Like this: Here I am, the Great Pumpkin, and I would very much like my Russian handlers to have a Secret Service laptop for whatever uses and reasons they let me know that they wanted one.
I get on well with a particular agent and find it easy to know his address and schedule. PAADOWW! One SS agent laptop with encryption to study, methodology of subject protection, lots of useful stuff delivered as ordered. Handy for dealing with whatever American protected person (target) Putin wants knocked off.
Frankly, I find this the least unlikely scenario I have heard expounded.
BTW, on a completely unrelated note, have you noticed the reporting on the Soviet Multi-Billion dollar money laundering operation utilizing the bank they used to “lend” the Orange Orangutan over $300,000,000 dollars when NO Western bank would lend him a single DIME? It’s pretty Googleable, but if you want a few major news media links just let me know.
Isn’t it exciting to be to be us right now?

I’m not sure that the term “exciting” is adequate to describe the phase this nation is in at this point in history! Could it not better be described as “depressing”, or even “shocking”, or my possible favorite disgusting”? 😉

Dear Xena,
If I had a computer laptop from my company with sensitive info, I would not leave it in full view and my vehicle would definitely be locked up if I walked away.
There is more to this story than meets the eye.
Hugs, Gronda
