The first time I remember seeing Ruby Dee was in A Raisin in the Sun. Of all the main actors in that movie, I think Sidney Poitier is the only one still living. Time flies.

I continued to be amazed by all that Ruby Dee and Ossie Davis contributed during their lifetime toward making our world a better place.
Some quotations of Ossie Davis:

It is totally disrespectful that you would come to this thread about the passing of Ruby Dee, and attempt to commit verbal vandalism. The content of your vile comment constitutes cyber-extortion. Haven’t you learned that those efforts were unsuccessfully tried on me, and now you dare to try the same thing on another person?
That person prevailed in court in the restraining order case you filed against him. You have no problem telling people that the jury has spoken in the George Zimmerman case and they should accept it and move on, but yet you will not accept that a judge in a court of jurisdiction denied your case. Your case was denied for lack of evidence, lying on your petition by including two individuals who do not reside in your household, and effectively harassing the court with the continuation of filing declarations while at the same time, asking the court to delay the hearing on the plenary restraining order.
That’s like saying, “Judge, judge. The defendant is violating the temporary restraining order and continues to harass me, but can you continue the hearing?”
Maybe you are upset that Danny posted documents from that case, demonstrating your total lack of knowledge of motion practice.

David, maybe you aren’t really in school to be a paralegal, or maybe you have not had the appropriate class yet, but if you are going to cite cases to support motions, please cite cases decided in the jurisdiction where the case is filed.
Your case was filed in the Fresno Superior Court of California. When you motioned for the court to exclude screenshot evidence of your harassment on the individual you named as defendant, you cited federal cases, bankruptcy cases, cases decided in Miss. and D.C. The California court does not have to pay one second of attention to any of those cases.
If paralegal class has not helped you, maybe you remember U.S. History involving the Civil War. One of the results of that war is that the states get to legislate their own laws. California does not have to do what Miss. and D.C. does. Oh — and the federal citations and rules of evidence only apply to cases filed in federal court. Even then it’s best to cite cases decided in the same federal district.
There. I just gave you a free lesson in judicial procedure and jurisdiction.
Also, do not think for one moment that the public Wi-Fi you use to continue harassment and threats cannot be traced. AT&T has special departments for that. Cricket may not like you using their service to access public Wi-Fi to violate law. Think about that and accept this as good advice. You don’t have to violate law. You choose to do so.

Xena – This guy is sick and deranged. Sane people don’t do things like this. Xena, was DiP ever married? I can imagine a fairly thick file of restraining orders against HIM from his spouse if he ever was. What’s his major malfunction? He claims his ‘side’ won.. so what’s he having a problem letting go of now?
I can imagine a ‘man’ like him is not used to being bested by a female. You’ve hurt his widdle feelers and now he just can’t let go. What a sad pathetic excuse for a human being.
