Positive Thoughts and Prayers for Rachael
Dear friends,
Rachael has been a supporter of this blog going back to 2012. She was a strong advocate for justice for Trayvon Martin, and she has a sensitive heart that loves and desires equality for all.
Yesterday, Rachael contacted me. She has a health issue that placed her in the hospital and required surgery. There’s a chance that she will be released from the hospital today, but she still has a road to go before being fully recovered.
I asked for, and received her approval to post this, and ask that you send positive thoughts her way and if you’re a praying person, pray for her healing, strength, and encouragement. We love you, Rachael.

June 10, 2013 A Prayer For Trayvon Martin’s Family
June 10, 2013 marks the start of jury selection in the murder trial of George Michael Zimmerman for the killing of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
In March 2012, a prayer was said and filmed at the Million Hoody March in Union Square. No matter your religious beliefs or non-religious beliefs, let us continue lifting up strength for Trayvon’s parents and family, and righteous judgment for justice.
