The Stephon Clark Autopsy Belies Reports By Police Who Shot An Unarmed Black Man

We’ve already seen where the victim’s criminal past is reported in the media, then used by others to justify extra-judicial executions. There are CONVICTIONS that carry the death penalty. Suspects or defendants are given opportunity of due process. However, when a “suspect” has not been arrested, charged with committing a reported crime, and CONVICTED, but shot dead when it is a fact that the suspect was unarmed and posed no threat, how can it be justified? How can police officers not be held accountable? Such actions repeat themselves over and over again and we also learn that the story given by officers is not what is recorded on video. Yet, they are still given discretion to let their purported fear take human lives.

The police were called one evening around the 18th of March 2018 from a Sacramento, California neighborhood regarding a young man vandalizing residents’ cars. This was not a young man committing crimes of violence which required a swarm of police officers to arrive in the vicinity of the complaint with guns drawn and a helicopter circling above.

But that is what happened. A 22 year old Black man, Stephon Clark was outside his Grandma’s home with only a cell phone, which means no other implement used in committing acts of vandalism were on his person, when he was confronted by a swarm of law enforcement officers who shouted at him but who then proceeded to fire at least 20 gun shots at him. As soon as this happened, the police muted the sound from their recording machines.

Independent autopsy of Keith Lamont Scott shows 3 gunshot wounds to his left upper back, left lower abdomen, and left wrist. He suffered fractures in his ribs and vertebrae. Scott was fatally shot on Sept. 20 by a Charlotte police officer.  The independent autopsy was requested by Scott’s wife, Rakeyia Scott, on Sept. 29 and performed the next day.

Charles Monnett, one of the attorneys representing the Scott family, said the Scott family “was forced” to request the independent autopsy because the Mecklenburg County Medical Examiner’s Office in Charlotte “refused to release even the most basic information.”  ABC News has more on this. Freddie Gray Died From Injury Like Diving Into Shallow Water

Freddie Gray, 25, was arrested on April 12, 2015 following a foot pursuit by Baltimore police officers. He was placed in the back of a police van that stopped several times, at least once where Freddie’s legs were shackled. He was unresponsive when the van arrived at the police station, and died a week later at a hospital. His death sparked protests over police brutality.

Officers arrested in the death of Freddie GrayThe Baltimore Sun obtained a copy of the Freddie Gray’s autopsy. The medical examiner concluded that Freddie suffered a single “high-energy injury” that was like those seen in shallow-water diving incidents.   The medical examiner concluded that Freddie’s death fits the medical definition of an accident, but ruled it a homicide because officers failed to follow safety procedures “through acts of omission.”

Freddie was loaded into the van on his stomach. The medical examiner speculated that Freddie got to his feet and was thrown into the wall during an abrupt change in direction. He was not belted in and his wrists and ankles were shackled, which made him “at risk for an unsupported fall during acceleration or deceleration of the van.”

The mysterious 45 minutes of Freddie Gray's deathMarilyn Mosby, Baltimore’s state’s attorney charged six officers involved in Freddie’s arrest and death. Officer Caesar R. Goodson Jr., the driver of the van, is charged with second-degree depraved heart murder. Three other officers are charged with manslaughter. The remaining officers face lesser charges. Jessica Hernandez’s Autopsy Contradicts Police Report

Jessica Hernandez

We previously reported on the death of 17-year old Jessica Hernandez. Jessica was killed on January 26, 2015 in Denver, Colorado. Authorities said Jessica was in a stolen vehicle and tried running over one of the officers, striking him on the leg, which led to that and another officer firing their guns.

A witness, 16-year old Trina Diaz, who was in the passenger’s seat during the incident, stated that the officers were standing next to the car when they fired, and that the car hit the officer only after Jessica was struck, which veered the car in his direction, pinning his leg between the car and a fence.

The coroner’s report shows that Jessica was shot twice to her left side; once to the chest where the bullet went through her heart and both lungs. The coroner determined that none of the shots were fired at close range. Jessica also had bruises and abrasions to her face, torso and neck. Read the rest of this entry

Tamir Rice’s Autopsy Brings Home Life and Death

Tamir-Rice

Tamir Rice

Tamir Rice is the 12 year old who was shot and killed in Ohio by a cop who fired his gun in less than 2 seconds of arriving on scene.

A man had called 911 and told dispatch that a guy was in the park who might be a juvenile had a gun that might have been fake, but it was making him nervous.  Dispatch put out the call without saying it could be a juvenile and could be a toy gun.

Tamir did not die right away.  Reports have it that the EMT’s arrived about 4 minutes after Tamir was shot.  He was taken to the hospital where he died the next day.

Tamir’s autopsy was released today.  It makes the reality of life and death profound.  One bullet can end a life. One bullet can cause suffering before ending a life.

One bullet.  Read the rest of this entry

WCTV Reports On A Cyber-Harrassing Blogger

We’ve seen it over and over again. When law enforcement releases information to the media, written autopsy reports are included, but never autopsy photos. We get the drawings of a body showing wounds, but not actual photos. At trial is where the autopsy photos are shown to the jury. When those trials are live-streamed, the public seldom sees the autopsy photos because they are not nice. Medical examiners explain the autopsy. The photos are not left to the opinions of lay people.

That however, did not stop a blogger from not only obtaining autopsy photos, but also giving her opinion about what they show and challenging the mother of the dead teen to prove her wrong.

The video on the link for WCTV reports that they reached out to the blogger, but have not received a response. I urge you to watch the video. It includes an interview with Kendrick’s mom. Jackie Johnston, Kendrick’s mom, told WCTV that she blocked the person with the blog on Twitter after constant harassment, and doesn’t know why the person is attacking her family. Maybe Blackbutterfly7 can tell her why.

17-year old Kendrick Johnson was found dead on January 11, 2013, in the Lowndes High School gymnasium in the State of Georgia. His body was rolled up in a gym mat. A preliminary investigation and autopsy concluded that the death was accidental. Johnson’s family had a private pathologist conduct another autopsy which concluded that Kendrick died from blunt force trauma. Most people first hearing about the case, and seeing the photos of the gym and the mats, realized that Kendrick’s body could not “fall” into a tightly rolled up gym mat that was closely placed beside other gym mats.

WCTV reports:

“Valdosta, GA – On January 14th 2013, three days after Kendrick Johnson was found inside a rolled up gym mat at Lowndes High School, the Georgia Bureau of Investigations did an autopsy on the teen’s body. Jackie Johnson says last Thursday, those autopsy reports showed up on the website Re-News it, a blog that anonymously posts evidence and theories on national stories, what else they found, came as a shock.”

photo 21It’s only anonymous to those who have not been harassed and threatened by the cyber-extortionist cult. The blogger is Vicki Pate, sometimes spelled “Viki Pate” and on Twitter, now spelled “Vickie Pate.”

Pate got the autopsy photos and claimed that attorney Benjamin Crump lied about the independent autopsy. She is associated with others who publicly announce their mission against the Black Grievance Industry, which they refer to as the “BGI.” Read the rest of this entry

Ferguson PD Caught Lying Again – Michael Brown’s Autopsy Condemns Officer Wilson (VIDEO)

This is very informative. Thank you.

The Fifth Column

This is huge.  I wonder if the MSM will report this with as much fervor as they reported the Ferguson PD’s side?

Addicting Info

If you listened to the media reports this past week, it would appear that evidence had come forward to exonerate Officer Darren Wilson in the death of teen Michael Brown in August. It began when the St. Louis Dispatch ran an article titled “Official autopsy shows Michael Brown had close-range wound to his hand, marijuana in system” and quickly propagated throughout the net. If you read it, or the articles based on it, the impression was that the coroner who handled the autopsy had found that Michael Brown had attempted to grab Officer Wilson’s gun, and in so doing the officer was justified in the use of force which resulted in Michael’s death. They even included quotes from a forensics expert, Dr, Judy…

Michael Brown’s Autopsy Report – Shot Six Times

The New York Times just reported the results of Michael Brown’s autopsy. Michael Brown is the 18-year old shot dead by Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson on August 9, 2014.Michael Brown's autopsy

The report is based on the preliminary private autopsy performed today, August 17, 2014. Michael was shot at least six times, including twice in the head.

Dr. Michael M. Baden, former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, flew to Missouri today at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. Dr. Baden found that one of the bullets entered the top of Michael’s skull, suggesting that his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused the fatal injury. Michael was also shot four times in the right arm. It does not appear that the shots were from a close range because no gunpowder was present on Michael’s body. Dr. Baden does not have access to the clothing that Michael wore when he was killed. Read the rest of this entry

RenishaMcBrideRenisha McBride, 19, was shot to death on November 2, 2013 by a homeowner in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. According to an autopsy released on Monday, McBride was shot in the face.
