Quotes and Venting

Hello good people.  It’s a cloudy, rainy day in my neck of the woods.  Today has been a day of lots of thoughts and I hope you don’t mind me sharing some of them with you.

Don’t you just love when prescription drug companies include in their patient pamphlets for you to tell your doctor if you have certain conditions or allergies, when your doctor has not tested you for those conditions and allergies?

Surveys that give multiple choice answers without an “other” are biased.   They only want the answers they want.

If businesses want to improve customer service, then their automatic answering systems need only include two instructions;

          “If you know the party’s extension, dial it now.  If not, please hold for the next available representative.”

  3. I’m always happy to have you share your thoughts! I especially agree with #4 or the ‘7 Lovely Logics’ … I have long said that nobody is in charge of my happiness, or lack thereof, except me. I cannot control what others do or say, but I CAN control how I let it affect me. Sometimes I have to remind myself of it. Have a happy day, my friend … thinking of you always! Hugs!!! ❤

    • Jill,
      Absolutely! There are times when I think that some people want to control others to the point where it makes them unhappy, and then they think that others are to forsake their own happiness and allow themselves to be controlled. What a tangle web humans can weave. 🙂

      Thanks for thinking about me. I feel those hugs. (((((Hugs)))))
