72 hours in America: 3 hate-filled crimes. 3 hate-filled suspects. — WTVR.com

Three incidents in 72 hours shared one thing: hate.

Consider the past week in America.

Wednesday, a white man with a history of violence shot and killed two African-Americans, seemingly at random, at a Kentucky Kroger store following a failed attempt to barge into a black church.

After mail bombs were being sent to people who’d been criticized by the President, a suspect was arrested Friday — a man who had railed against Democrats and minorities with hate-filled messages online.

And Saturday morning, a man shouting anti-Semitic slurs opened fire at a Pittsburgh synagogue, killing 11 people attending Jewish services.

  1. It’s terrible. And the legitimate press continues to ignore the glaring fact that trump is a walking Active Measure.

    • Yes, Robert. There are bullies whose intent is to embolden others to do their dirty work for them. There are suckers who sincerely believe if they do the crime, that they will get the support of those who think like them. Dylan Roof made that mistake.

In my opinion, the press is not familiar enough with the psychology that drives bullies. They put out videos such as the following.

        • Robert,
Trump no doubt has a truck load of reasons why he incites violence. As with most people who have abusive personalities, they take pleasure in using divide and conquer and truly believe when others commit harm against those they dislike, that they influenced them. They love patting themselves on the back. And, as you have said regarding Russia, I will add that Trump gravitates towards dictators.

Notice how none of these individuals get charged with terrorism? Now if any of these people shouted Allahu Akbar during these attacks….. well you get the idea.

    • Chuquest,
Absolutely. I know that Sayoc was charged federally, but wondered if the others have not been charged federally and that is the reason. I don’t think that the states have laws against terrorism and it could required the feds to take over the case. Don’t know, but it’s an interesting subject.
