Dear Xena,
These older children are God’s gift to a weary country where peoples feel like they have been fighting against the prevailing winds, making little headway. If these youngsters represent our future, then there is hope.
NRA leaders, President Trump and his sycophants with too many representing people’s worst angels like racism, xenophobia, anti-gun controls at any level, misogyny, etc., are in our rear view mirror, relics of the past.
Hugs, Gronda

Gronda,
Some believe that the Age of Aquarius has begun. It was the young, 18-21 year olds who signified that Age in the 60’s. The changes, such as the Civil Rights Act, lowering the voting age, and the end of the Viet Nam war came because that age group would not stop protesting against hate. And of course, the youth of that time suffered slander and unfair criticisms. Some died for what they believed in. My hope is this time around, they do not die.
