    Dear Xena,

I know you need a good laugh for the day, so I will post the words of Tommy Boy Cotton for you to read and digest!

“”In a recent interview on Face the Nation, Cotton said America’s immigration system “rewards ties of blood, ties of kin, ties of clan.”

“That’s one of the most un-American immigration systems I can imagine,” Cotton said. “That’s why we’re trying to fix it.””

Do you suppose he realizes that what he is complaining about is the very thing that has allowed him to rise to where he is today? What is wrong with these people, do they never think before they speak?

    • Mothman,
HA! Cotton has apparently forgotten history.

It was well known that a person or persons would immigrate, get settled in and get employment and save money to help the rest of their family immigrate.

Then, there are those who immigrated to the colonies when there were no immigration laws, policies or rules, and after generations upon generations being born on this land, they forget what made that possible.

Yes, entitlement and privilege causes them to not think before they speak.
