In Loving Memory of Heather Heyer, Killed by Self-Proclaimed White Supremacist

Heather Heyer, was killed when a Dodge Charger, allegedly driven by James Alex Fields, a self-identified white supremacist, plowed through a crowd of counter-protesters.  Heyer was attending an Alt-White Rally, protesting the removal of a confederate statue in Charlottesville, Virginia.  She was a counter-protester when she was murdered. 20 others were severely injured. Heyer, was a paralegal at the The Miller Law Group, also in Charlottesville.  According to their website,

Heather Heyer is one of our Paralegals here at Miller Law Group and continues to be an irreplaceable asset to our firm. Heather was born and raised in the beautiful state of Virginia. Originally from Ruckersville, VA, Heather now resides here in Charlottesville.

After being struck, Heyer was transported to UVA Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.

Virginia Governor Terry McAulife tweeted that Heyer:

“died standing up against hate & bigotry.”

The driver, James Alex Fields Jr., a 20-year-old…

So deeply heartbreaking. My thoughts and prayers are with Heather’s family and loved ones.

Her mother told the Huffington Post

“Heather was about stopping hatred. Heather was about bringing an end to injustice.”

She began to cry as she added, “I don’t want her death to be a focus for more hatred, I want her death to be a rallying cry for justice and equality and fairness and compassion.

“She always had a very strong sense of right and wrong, she always, even as a child, was very caught up in what she believed to be fair,” Bro said. “Somehow I almost feel that this is what she was born to be, is a focal point for change. I’m proud that what she was doing was peaceful, she wasn’t there fighting with people.”

  5. Unimaginable horror for those struck and for their loved ones. Who in their right mind would do something like this?? Chump can’t say too much. He doesn’t want to offend his core base. Those who to this moment still find ways to excuse what happened and blame the previous administration.

What do these people want?? They WON. And they’re still angry. Do they want chump to declare open season on immigrants, Muslims, people who are LBGT, people of color? What short of that happening is going to appease them? No one can answer this.

Not one single person can explain this to me. My favorite question to ask of them is to describe 3 events that would take place during a White History Month. Weird huh that no one can answer.. /s

    • Mindyme,
You asked what do they want? They want a nation without laws where they will not be held accountable for their own criminal acts. They want a nation where all Constitutional Amendments are rendered void. They want a nation that gives them authority to act and decide like deputized members of law enforcement. That demonstrated that very well by appearing at the protest with shields and helmets, and some dressed to give the appearance that they are law enforcement.

      • Yet they do this while claiming to be ‘patriots’ ‘protecting the Constitution’. It boggles the mind.

        • Mindyme,
There are White Supremacist groups who when they say “constitution”, they are talking about the constitution without its amendments. That ideology carries over to sovereign citizenship which is rooted in White Supremacy ideologies but more focused on rebelling against the government and obeying what they call common law. In Trump’s statements yesterday, he spoke dog whistles about common law by blaming both sides at the Charlottesville’s protest.

In summary, common law dictates that if someone throws a rock and hits your house, (although causing no damage), you can kill their dog in retaliation. They can burn down your barn, and you can shoot their horses. The Sheriff can then declare that no one is guilty of criminal actions because both parties are to blame.

Xena, Monday’s total solar eclipse is one degree from exactly conjoining Trump’s Leo ascendant and it bisects the U.S. from Oregon to South Carolina.

Things are going to become move violent and ‘divisive’ on both sides of the eclipse because the alt-right is planning nine more rallies this weekend.

Oh yeah Uranus (in martial Aries) went direct before last Saturday’s violence in Charlottesville).

    • Roderick,
Thanks for that information. I know that Trump is Gemini, but had no idea about his ascendant. About Uranus in Aires, no wonder I was quick this past weekend at disregarding everyone who got on my nerves because I felt eruptive. LOL!

By the way, we won’t be able to see the eclipse — we’re too far north.

“The street in Charlottesville, Va., where Heather Heyer was killed in a car attack on a group of counterprotesters. At her memorial service on Wednesday, her mother, Susan Bro, said: “They tried to kill my child to shut her up. Well, guess what — you just magnified her.” Credit Evan Vucci/Associated Press”
