  1. Me too (even though I’m sure I would be allergic to most of them. 🙂 How could ANYONE abandon those adorable dogs? I got teary watching those tails wag with such joy at finding kindness, a warm place to live, food and a few treats. Such a simple thing to give.

If we are ever to have world peace, surely it must begin by extending kindness and love to the small creatures of this planet.

      Amen. I too believe that.

When I was about 12 years old, I was at a friend’s house and her mother talked to us about becoming young women and finding good relationships. She said that if we wanted a man who was kind and respectful to women, to make sure that he loves animals, especially dogs and/or cats.

      • AND his mother. How a man relates to his mother is a clear indication of how he relates to women. If he doesn’t love and respect his Mom, there’s probably no hope for you (rare excepts for narc Moms, of course, but that’s a whole other ball of wax).

As a committed Shih Tzu mom for most of my adult life, I’m not attracted to *anyone* who doesn’t love dogs, however. I’m highly allergic to cats, so I’ve had to choose breathing, but if I could I’d have both.

  3. Nice video. It made me smile. They are such God’s precious creatures. If we cannot treat an animal with respect and love, how can we do the same for the Lord God?
