Trenton Forster mugshot
Trenton Forster, 18-years old, has been charged with first degree murder for shooting death of St. Louis County police officer Blake Snyder. Officer Snyder was 33-years old, a husband and father of a 2-year old boy. Officer Snyder was shot at point blank range.
Forster is a high-school drop-out with a pending felony marijuana charge. More on this at Heavy.com.
R.I.P. Officer Snyder. Our condolences to your family and friends.
Independent autopsy of Keith Lamont Scott shows 3 gunshot wounds to his left upper back, left lower abdomen, and left wrist. He suffered fractures in his ribs and vertebrae. Scott was fatally shot on Sept. 20 by a Charlotte police officer. The independent autopsy was requested by Scott’s wife, Rakeyia Scott, on Sept. 29 and performed the next day.
Charles Monnett, one of the attorneys representing the Scott family, said the Scott family “was forced” to request the independent autopsy because the Mecklenburg County Medical Examiner’s Office in Charlotte “refused to release even the most basic information.” ABC News has more on this.

Charlotte police has released more video. It is graphic, after Keith was shot and shows him dying while handcuffed/tied like a hunted animal.
Donald Trump Pulls Out Of Battleground State Virginia
Donald Trump’s campaign is “pulling out of Virginia”. NBC reports that the move to pull out of Virginia shows Trump is “running essentially a four state campaign,” with the focus now shifting to battlegrounds critical to his chances in November: Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio, a source with knowledge of the decision told NBC News.”
Meanwhile, 4 women have come forth saying that Trump touched them inappropriately. More at NBC News.

Trial for two former New Mexico police officers, Keith Sandy and Dominique Perez, who were charged in the death of homeless man ended in a hung jury. NBC reports that the jury was hopelessly deadlocked. Keith Sandy and Dominique Perez were charged with the killing of James Boyd in 2014. Sandy shot Boyd twice in the arms, and Perez shot him in the back. After Boyd was on the ground fatally wounded, he was shot with bean bags and a K-9 was sent in and chewed on his legs.
The judge took voluntarily manslaughter off the table, leaving the jury to find guilt or acquit on the charge of second-degree murder.
Crenshanda Williams, a 911 Houston Call Center operator, has been arrested and charged for hanging up on what could be thousands of emergency callers. CNN describes two incidents, one that involved a robbery and death where Williams had hung-up on the caller twice.
18-year old William Chapman
Stephen Rankin, a former Portsmouth, Virginia cop, was sentenced on Wednesday to 2 years, 6 months in prison after being convicted of voluntary manslaughter for fatally shooting an unarmed teenager William Chapman II. The guilty verdict came in Rankin’s defense team plans on filing an appeal and expects it to take more than a year. The judge denied allowing Rankin to be free on bail while awaiting decision on appeal. He has started his sentence. More at Pilot News.
Actor Tommy Ford is dead at the age of 52. He died from a ruptured aneurysm in his abdomen. More on this at USMagazine.
Maricopa County Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been charged with criminal contempt of court by federal prosecutors. The contempt alleges that Arpaio violated a judge’s order to stop immigration patrols that led to the court finding of racial profiling. NPR has more.

i can’t watch anymore right now, but for the 6-7mins, they never call him his name.
They’re asking him his name for the camera’s benefit. Are they feigning concern for his well being by trying to get him to say his name or do they still have no clue because they didn’t bother listening to a single thing his wife said, not even his name?
I’m trembling watching him being treated like that. His murderers are CYA & groping him instead of allowing him dignity & comfort by having his wife next to him in his last moments.
This is literally sick & depraved. I can’t stand it.

no question the first shot was to his back the video shows him TURNING to his left which made the next 2 shots hit his left wrist and left side abdomen, clearly the result of him turning towards where the shots were fired.

I agree about the staircase. I really like it and use it quite often. Yeah — “good old days.” I just might put that in a separate post all by itself after the next/last debate. Although, I did read where someone said Trump might not do the debate.

I read he wasn’t going to attend because, according to him, the debate is rigged, well, everything is rigged against him, then someone in his camp said he was, then again today a media outlet said he isn’t.

I would bet the farm if someone asked the Donald if he thought the staircase was a means to get people on board, there would be no yes or no answer. I fact, it would be, well since the system is rigged against him, and he has a bad mic, and the teleprompter isn’t working, and Bill Clinton wasn’t prosecuted……..

True. You’d think there would be more outrage. These 2 are not only charged with raping a cop. They’re suspected serial rapists. Let’s remember 2016 is the year of lenient treatment for the white rapist. I say this because you have males like Brock Turner,John Enochs,Kevin Fifeld,David Becker,Kraigen Grooms,Austin Wilkerson,Chester Thompson etc.admitting to or being convicted of rape and getting 3 mos to no prison time. It could be the lenient treatment of these rapists that emboldened William Luth and Brady Newman Caddell to go on their suspected rape spree.

In my opinion, I think prosecutors don’t have proper training to proceed on rape cases because they forget that rape is not about sex. It’s about power. It’s about violation of another human. They are prosecuting the cases as if the defendants are men entitled to sex but deprived because of rejection by women. So it goes back to making it women’s fault.

In the 1st debate, both were asked if they would accept defeat. the Donald hemmed and hawed then stated we’ll see, we’ll see what happens and as I recall made insinuations to the effect there will be hell to pay, very similar to him inciting “..the Second Amendment people…(spelled psycho gun nutzz) to take matters into their own hands.
This is inciting an assassination attempt, plain & simple.
Herr Donald actually had the nerve to get people at a rally the other day to chant “Seig Donald” I can find it I’m sure.
Scared for this country, absolutely. This is the most important presidential election in our time, possibly in US history.

Another section of Trump and his “good old days.” Which brings me to something. Trump says the 2005 tape of him talking about kissing women without their consent and grabbing their private parts must be “in the good old days” that he wants back.

Condolences to the family of Thomas Mikal Ford. A shocker. Condolences also to the family of DA Ken Thompson who announced he had cancer and was going to beat it only to die 5 days later. Akai Gurley case was bad. Lets remember his good work. Freeing and vacating the convictions of 17-21 people unjustly framed and imprisoned for murder. Non prosecuting low level marijuana offenses. Giving amnesty to 100s of people with outstanding warrants. Lets hope his successor continues this good work. Keith Lamont Scott black male from North Carolina shot and killed by cops. Soooooooo……this week has had these Trump “highlights” in no particular order and my take. Everyone who has something to say……feel free.
1) At a speech, apparently, but with no proof, the teleprompters stopped working. Donald knocks the one to his right over and disassembles the other one. Then tells the crowd he’s not paying for their use.
The question is this How do you handle this situation. Well…..anyone with an once of class ignores it and makes no issue. You continue on. No…..the Donald makes an issue because everything is rigged against HIM…..and he also stated they are junk or to the effect.
2) Trump called the women who say he sexually assaulted as “…sick..” “…horrible…” “…horrible people…” “…liars…” then added and I quote hi entirely ……
““Believe me, she would not be my first choice, that I can tell you,” when talking about having sex with Jessica Leeds”
So once again, he disparages a woman’s looks, after being called out on felonies…….in a speech…….during a Presidential campaign…
Think about what he said “….first choice…” he has admitted he was looking for victims and she was at least “there” not his first choice, but hey, just words, well…..I won’t use the barroom term.
3) “Hillary Clinton attacked those same women and attacked them viciously,” Uhhhhh, no, these women just stated what happened this week !!!!! Hillary hasn’t said a word about them other than well, there ya go kind of thing.
4) Trump said “Bill Clinton was not criminally charged in the case rape accusations, denied sexual assault allegations and admitted no wrongdoing in another case.”
As far as Lewinski, she and she alone would have to press charges. She was a willing participant to anything between them. So once again, the Donald (a) doesn’t know the law (b) he’s changing the subject (c) Saying Hillary is the root of all evil because of her husband. For the record, Bill was wrong in my opinion BUT that’s between the Clinton’s for God’s sake.
5) the Donald, referring to the last debate…”When she walked in front of me, believe me, I wasn’t impressed,” then said………………..
“But she walks in front of me, and she takes a question, and then she walked back. And that was the end of that, no problem. Then she said the next day I invaded her space. Give me a break.”
It was not clear what he meant by the remarks stated NBC News
Okay…….she was asked a question and anybody who watched, and can still find on the internet, saw her walk to the right, field the question and the the Donald walked behind her. Is he taking the “any exposure is good exposure” line of thinking, or was he trying to intimidate her. I say its 20/80 in the order listed. When you factor in the stupid facial expressions……well…that speaks for itself.
6) In another interview he stated “Of one of the women — it was not clear which — Trump said”: “When you looked at that horrible woman last night you said I don’t think so. I don’t think so.”
Again, he’s saying “any port in a storm” but I have such great taste in women, well look at my wives….all of them, oh and I’d be banging my daughter because “she’s a piece of ass” which he factually said. Actually, his current wife is not a US citizen…..Hmmmm, could that get him deported if he’s elected ??
Moving on…………..
7) “Obama is an incompetent. He is an incompetent president. He doesn’t know what he’s doing… why doesn’t some woman maybe come up and say what they say falsely about me they could say about him?” said Trump.
Lets look at that one. My opinion is NOT fact. It’s like saying Red is the best color because it’s racers favorite. Every race car I’ve owned is Red and White or Red, White and Blue. Now, what FACTS say our President is incompetent ????
I believe, as he does imploring the “2nd Amendment people” (to assassinate Hillary) he’s trying to get some woman to come forward and make a sexual allegation against THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES !!!!! Where’s my blood pressure pills…..
“They could say it about anybody. They could say it about anybody. He better be careful because they could say it about anybody.”
Well……there ya go. I’ll tell ya what. Say it about me…….’cuz I’m “anybody” Nothing like being redundant either. He’s says the same thing 3 times.
8) Trump, in what appeared to be an attempt to paint the accusers that have spoken out as a result of the “biased” media, also unveiled a new line of attack. He invoked Carlos Slim, a businessman and shareholder in the New York Times.
“He comes from Mexico,” Trump said. “He’s given many millions of dollars to the Clintons and their initiative… We are not going to let foreign corporations and their CEO decides the outcome.”
Okay…..”He come’s from Mexico” He’s also now a US Citizen. Again, and I cannot stress this enough, the Donald is totally ignorant of the Law.
Nowhere will the Donald mention his foray into Cuban financial dealings. So now a “foreign corporation” and “…their CEO..” will affect this election how ?? Okay Donald, be specific.
9) And once again he incited violence at a speech this week.
Interspersed through the crowd were a few protesters; at one point a Trump supporter put a protester in a headlock.” reported several news agencies.
Yep…..that’s the answer.
10) But the best one, an all time show stopper, is the Donald telling everyone to register to vote. He stated they are doing a great job in FL (Factual Polls show he’s losing FL, unless Zimmerman votes 30,000 times) So Get out and register…..and vote on November 28th !!
I kid you not……the Republican party has nominated a guy who said vote on
November 28 th
11) He stated that all of these allegations will just be an asterisk in history since he’ll be the greatest President in world history.
Nooooooo, the Donald will be an asterisk in history. Most people can’t name won lost a Presidential election in almost any given year. Trump will be remembered as the worst candidate ever. If he’s elected, the populations of Canada, Mexico, England, France, Brazil, some islands in the Caribbean, Germany, Argentina, Peru, and we’re we plan on moving, Australia, will increase significantly.
12) Gloria Allred, who needs no introduction, has been retained by Summer Zervos, a former “Apprentice” contestant who the Donald sexually assaulted. I have not read anymore than that, but they did a press conference yesterday, so I’ll catch up on that.

I have said all along that Trump reminds me of a certain firebrand from 1930’s Germany. He talks in apocalyptic terms, he claims there is a world-wide “cabal” that’s conspiring against him, he continually presents a list of grievances being imposed on America, he declares himself as the only person capable of restoring the nation to greatness, he winks and nods at his followers engaging in violence, he lies with a brazenness that’s mind boggling, he delegitimizes the election process as “rigged against him”, and he says if he doesn’t win that it was stolen from him.
We dare not ignore the gathering storm. Please vote. Vote early if you can. Vote by absentee if you have to. Don’t stay home. Don’t think someone else will vote. Don’t think because you live in a “red” state that your vote doesn’t matter. Mark your phone calendar for Tuesday, November 8th to vote. Ignore the weather, ignore the long lines, ignore the hassle, and just do it.”
