I believe that when people open their heart to Love’s spirt and walk together caring for/about each other, there will be peace.
A folktale from West Africa:
When his son began to climb a palm tree which was tall and difficult to climb, his father reminded him that many people were watching, and that if his climb were successful, there was much fruit awaiting him. His father warned him that, if he reached the top in order to simply gorge himself with fruit, he would surely become sick and fall to the ground. But, if he returned to his people and shared the fruit of his labors, then all would sing his praise, thank him, and honor those who had brought him into life.
