Cyberharassment – Faces of Racism – Pt 4

Lessons learned, old lessons remembered……

Five words I would hear on a regular basis day in and day out when training as an amateur boxer; “Protect yourself at all times.” You hear those words time and time again in the gym, even while hitting heavy bags or doing mitt work. It’s important even during sparring although those sessions are controlled and not as intense as an actual fight.

The idea is to instill that way of thinking into your head so you keep your hands up, keep your head moving and your feet moving, thus reducing the chance of getting caught with a shot you don’t see only to deposit you on the canvas.

It’s the last set of words you hear after having passed the ammunition to your opponent (Touching Gloves) and just before the opening bell sounds.

What do I mean in all of this? Lets look back when the internet started to surface and started to become the trend that it is today.

If you were a parent back then or even a single lady living alone, the internet was a place where you knew trouble lurked. You didn’t want your kids on the internet because you have prowlers trying to lure your kids to meet them. You have scam artists setting up websites in attempt to look legit but are intended to get your personal info and steal your identity or clean out your bank account. These are things we are all aware of and we all keep our guard up in regards to these types of realities. But I am going to take it even one step further. How many of you have surfed Youtube only to see some crazy conspiracy theories in the videos? I am pretty sure everybody here has stumbled across them on a couple of occasions.

The disturbing part is the creators of the videos; the creators of those theories, believe in them so much that if you even utter a word disagreeing they tend to claim your hired by the Government sent out to discredit truth seekers. Or am I the only one who happens to find Youtube users like that? Don’t take my word for it. Look up some of the Planet X theorist and try to debate reality with their warped sense of thinking and see what happens.

Anyhow, I have seen some crazy stuff surfing. There are videos where anti-Obama nutters claim that the Aurora shooting, Sandy Hook and even the Trayvon Martin shooting never took place. They claim that these were all paid actors and one huge effort to take away our 2nd amendment rights.

Yes I know you have seen that too, so where am I going with this? It is public knowledge that Mr. Stalker is epileptic, and suffers with panic attacks and depression.  It is safe to say there is plenty of mental illness running rampant on the internet. In dealing with all that, I have and having learned that many of you experienced the same with him as I did, I tend to ask myself why do we allow it? Another thing learned here, some people allow it because whether or not they admit to it, they enjoy the drama as well.

Recently, it’s come to my attention that a Ms. Filth has been issued 2 take down notices from an attorney in Michigan.  To be clear, there are at least three that we refer to as “Miss Filth” and do so because their comments and manners are filthy. This is the Miss Filth who interjected herself in Mr. Stalker’s case by submitting a declaration. Apparently, she is harassing a former girlfriend of Ted Wafer. (Ted Wafer was convicted for the murder of Renisha McBride.) Obviously, we have reason to believe why she is harassing this lady. The ex-girlfriend said some things that didn’t exactly make Ted look like a boy scout.

This is nothing new with Ms. Filth. She has harassed Ferguson witnesses; harassed the family of Trayvon Martin, Kendrick Johnson and Jordan Davis. Why are we surprised here? This of course leads me back full circle to Mr. Stalker, a person she advised to take me to court. Mr. Stalker opened a Facebook page to support Ted Wafer which he describes the purpose in the About section as;

“Seeking Justice for the shooter of Renisha McBride who was merely charged to appease race hustlers like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.”

So, we can see what Mr. Stalker and Miss Filth have in common.

By now you should all see the similarities, stalk, harass, lie to defame and threaten, and who do they do this to? Anyone who supports justice for people of color. This takes us right back to where I started; mental illness is a common denominator here. The internet has provided a safe haven for the mentally ill to use as a means to harass people they wouldn’t have the guts to harass up close in the real world. These individuals generally have no family ties and have limited their lives to social media. An obvious give away is that they spend the holidays on social media rather than being with family and loved ones celebrating.

The purpose here is to learn from our experiences and share those experiences with others so that they may better protect themselves from such attacks. But that also depends, as I said earlier, that some people do love the drama and do not mind mixing it up with them. This is how dangerous these people really are, put aside the fact that I have had to fork out thousands in legal expenses fighting off frivolous claims at the hands of Mr. Stalker.

Now, Miss Filth has gone well out of her way to dox a lady named Denise Souriall. Of course we are not surprised that she would dox anybody. She would dox a dog if she could. That’s been her game for ages. Denise Souriall was Ted Wafer’s girlfriend 20 years ago. Souriall spoke to media briefly regarding her relationship with Ted Wafer, of which she said he was a heavy drinker and had been abusive towards her.

Ms. Filth did not like what Souriall had to say about Mr. Wafer as a person, so she was compelled to dig up dirt and screw with this lady for no good reason. She did a little research and found that Ted Wafer filed for a restraining order against Souriall back in the 1990’s. What Ms. Filth conveniently left out was that the case was thrown out. Instead of pointing out that fact, Ms. Filth wrote a post on her blog stating that Ted Wafer was being stalked by this lady for 20 years. She went on to assume that Souriall stalking Mr. Wafer was the reason Renisha McBride was shot on Wafers porch on the assumption that Wafer believed it was Souriall.

While she was busy pointing the finger at Ms. Souriall for Renisha McBride’s death on her blog, on Twitter, she inferred that Renisha’s brother thought that a witness in Ted Wafer’s trial was somehow responsible for Renisha’s death. Also, Miss Filth took a jab at the judges involved in the case.

Miss Filth did a similar defamation attack on Trent Sawyer. Trent Sawyer was active in making videos that addressed evidence in the George Zimmerman case. Miss Filth posted an arrest record for public indecency that she acknowledged was given to her by Mr. Stalker. An examination of that arrest record shows that the case was dismissed. In like manner, Miss Filth posts and gives her unqualified opinion of court documents, twisting them to say what she wants, and to pertain to whomever she wants.

Miss Filth continues her harassment of me along with Mr. Stalker. Please note in the screenshot below how she interprets a tweet sent to me. She cannot read my timeline because my Twitter account is protected, so she stalks the timelines of others to see what they are tweeting to me; anything that she can use to continue harassment.   Not anyone other than the harassers could read the following and interpret it to say that I think “all blacks are stupid.”  Mr. Stalker’s indirect harassment continues.

In conducting her defamation, Miss Filth likes to use documents file in court cases and giving her interpretation and omitting pertinent facts. She does this in the Kendrick Johnson case where the court released records to his parents and CNN. Miss Filth uses that court order, where she is not a party, to justify how she obtained Kendrick’s autopsy photos that even CNN has not publicly released.

When it comes to this blog, Miss Filth presents a court document and says that the case decision involves Xena. They have referred to Xena by the name of the party since around December 2012, threatening to use that court decision to defame Xena and expose her real name. They have also alleged other names as Xena’s real name. They are wrong, know they are wrong, but will not stop.

Xena has shared with me that after receiving their threat to distribute the court decision to defame her unless she deleted this blog, that she Googled the name and other info in the court’s decision and found a very positive, impressive article written about that person in a Bar Association’s newsletter!  The article is about the same person who is a party to the court decision that Miss Filth, Mr. Stalker, and their minions send around accusing Xena of being a “fraud.”   Xena posted about the Bar Association’s article here on the blog and Miss Filth sent a comment saying that it must be Xena because Xena defended the person.

Of course the harassers would make that claim in hope that Xena would not mention or post the article.  So, I’m going to make it available. The article starts on page 11 of the newsletter, which is page 12 in pdf because of the cover page for the Newsletter.

I have recently spoke with Denise Souriall, whose attorney sent Miss Filth a letter demanding retraction.  Denise’s  story is just heart wrenching. The damage inflicted by Ms. Filth goes beyond just bad journalism in poor taste. There is a real element of fear because Souriall has to now live with wondering if some Wafter nutter will seek to take revenge on behalf of Wafer, or what if a supporter of McBride believed that Souriall was really the reason? Suddenly her life has been put in danger behind a story packed with lies written and distributed by Ms. Filth.

It goes even further than that. When Miss Filth published the story on her blog, there was a 30-year high school reunion that Souriall planned to attend. Being informed of the information posted by Ms. Filth, many of her former classmates were able to see this article. This placed Souriall in a very uncomfortable and defensive position during a time she should be celebrating and reminiscing with her friends from school.

In response to the letters to retract the defamatory article, Miss Filth tweeted to Mr. Stalker;

When we look at these realities we are reminded of the very reason why we keep our kids off the internet as much as possible. We are suddenly reminded what kind of place the internet really is. Allot of good comes from the internet, but it does not outweigh the bad. There are real issues that have a direct impact on one’s life and also notice the people who are behind such attacks.

These people really have nothing to lose. Why else do you think they are doing this? They play this game because they know there is nothing they have in their life that is worth suing for, and some do this because they really believe it won’t get any further than the internet and that nobody will step up and challenge them in court.

I am proud of Denise for standing up for herself and taking steps to protect herself from Ms. Filth and I have offered my assistance in the matter, as Ms. Filth has done the exact same with me. The evidence has been forwarded over to Souriall and her attorney which will only help further prove their case.

There is much to consider when it comes to expressing your opinion and exercising your right to free speech. The best method to protect yourself is to block them as they come. I know it’s impossible to get away from some of them as they create dozens of different twitter accounts, etc.  As Xena has experienced also, even blocking them from submitting comments to the blog becomes a project as they use proxy IP addresses to circumvent the blocking of previous proxy IP addresses they have used.

It took Xena about 6 months, and working with hosting companies and law enforcement to block approximately 50 providers of proxy IP addresses. Since new companies that provide that service start all the time, Xena finally changed options that require a Word Press account to submit comments to this blog. It reduces the number of comments on blog articles, but has kept the harassers from submitting comments.   The harassers now mock that the comments on this blog are posted by the same 4 people.  Like any blog, that may or may not be true, depending on the subject of the article and time that people have to participate.  The harassers omit all common-sense and logic from their mocking, however.

The moment you engage with people who seek to make your life hell, you have given them the response they desired even if it’s a bad response. In other words, these people are simply looking for drama. They are looking to create as much chaos as they possibly can because they have the mindset that this is just the internet and that it will all be left on the internet.

How do we support each other and inform others of the methods of the harassment, while avoiding progressive, continued harassment?  We can’t.  As you can see, even with the court ordering that direct and indirect harassment stop, and the posting of my personal information and information purported to be my personal information be removed from the internet, it continues.

The people who commit these actions post more lies and get more filthy.  We counter their lies with the truth and do so to help others who might be suffering in silence to know that they are not alone.  For those who want to pursue legal options, we tell the truth to prepare them for battle.

While not engaging them, they should be reported to the source they use to conduct harassment. This is the internet and prowlers are always lurking looking for victims. Keep in mind you have people who live in their own reality. They fabricate stories to suit their agenda; from making up lies claiming Sandy Hook was a staged event, to making up lies about individuals. People will go as far as to take you to court behind lies and like Mr. Stalker, even after losing, file appeals and motions to commit paper harassment in the judicial system and make threats of suing for reporting what happened in court.

These are the same people who slander attorneys such as Ben Crump and Natalie Jackson, claiming they are lead conspirators who send others out to harass them. These prowlers will go to any length to harm those they have targeted, regardless of what harm it may actually cause a person and their family in doing so. They paint themselves as innocent people and patriots, such as Ms. Filth who spent several months pretending she was a child advocate, and another Miss Filth who portrays herself as feeding the homeless to offset her disgusting portrayals of victims such as Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown. She lives in Canada but is a strong supporter of conceal carry for self-defense in the United States, as long as self-defense is claimed by those such as George Zimmerman and Michael Dunn. Oh – and her desire to see attorney Benjamin Crump lose his license to practice law ranks almost equal to her being a third-party used by Mr. Stalker to continue his harassment of myself.

As I said in the beginning; Protect yourself at all times.

Ignoring internet trolls on sites that allow public comment is one thing. It can be done and is usually effective because trolls go from place to place on the internet and do not generally target individuals for stalking and harassment. Today’s form of internet stalker and harasser does not stop when they are ignored. They become worse. They spread out their lies and harassment on the internet, even on internet sites where their target victims do not participate and may not know about.

We should work together so that the stalkers and harassers have no power to make their intentions bear fruit. It starts by first identifying them. The second is to report their behavior, even if the source they use does nothing. The third is to identity and inform others of their methods of operation.

Reporting them to the sources they use is important, even if those sources do nothing. Responses from the sources are important if it becomes necessary to pursue legal options. Not only do they serve as evidence for when and how long the harassment has taken place, but they also serve as evidence of your efforts to stop harassment. Some states hold internet hosting companies liable if harassment has been reported to them and they do nothing to stop it.

We are at a time when determining harassment via electronic communications is within the decision of customer service representatives. The companies do not consider the content and motivation in the communications. Certainly, those who harass are not concerned with their future in terms of reputation or lives disrupted because they have no careers and no family embarrassed by the defamation.

Those known to harass myself and others live off some form of disability, public assistance, or money donated to them through their blog of Facebook page. They are not concerned that 2 years from now they might apply for a job and the employer goes on the internet in search of their background to find disparaging remarks about them written on social media.

We need legislation that is clear and simple; if a person feels that they are harassed, then it’s not up to customer service reps to make that determination. The source used to harass must do everything within their power to stop the harassment.

Facebook has taken down numerous pages posted by Mr. Stalker, and Youtube has suspended his accounts, only to have him re-open accounts under other handles and through proxy IP addresses to repeat the same behavior. Currently, Mr. Stalker has at least three separate Twitter accounts. He recently opened another Facebook page using a new handle so he can continue his harassment, and inconvenience law enforcement to subpoena for information from Facebook to verify that it is the same person who the court has ordered to stop harassing me.

Protect yourself at all times, know your options, and know those who will support you if you are harassed.

UPDATE 2/21/2015

Because of several lies circulating, I want to address them.  I’ve never been on Twitter as “GZWarrior.”  GZWarrior was known to be Jad Savage whose Twitter account was eventually suspended.

Not once have I told Vicki Pate or anyone else that I have a restraining order against her.  Her mistake was filing a declaration in the case that Mr. Stalker filed. She voluntarily interjected herself in that case on Mr. Stalker’s behalf, and the court denied him a restraining order against me.

Around May of 2014, Mr. Stalker was the first to post documents pertaining to my identity on the internet and he sent a comment to this blog with the link for where he posted it.  In July 2014, the court granted me a three-year restraining order against Mr. Stalker and among other instructions, ordered him to remove my personal information from the internet.  Mr. Stalker went so wild posting my personal information in various places on the internet that he did not take down that material from every source where he posted it.

Those same documents that he originally posted and sent a comment to this blog with a link to where he posted it were subsequently posted by Vicki Pate on her blog and elsewhere.  That is why the hosting sites removed pages from her blog and elsewhere.  In other words, there is evidence that Mr. Stalker was the person who originally posted that material.  Any place on the internet where that material is posted is in violation of the restraining order.

A word to the wise is, before anyone involves themselves doing Mr. Stalker’s dirty work for him, they should get a copy of the restraining order and consult with a lawyer.  The legal departments of at least 5 hosting sources have understood the restraining order correctly and removed material that the court ordered removed.
