Juan, as Judge Judy often says, “If it doesn’t make sense, it’s not the truth.” McCullough has a personal agenda in failing to do his job. No attorney — NOT ONE — whether private or serving the public, wants to lose; is happy losing; and defends the very person he is hired to prosecute. McCullough can’t get a grand jury to indict on homicide, he shouldn’t be in office.

McCullough could never be responsible for indicting, let alone convicting a police officer for murdering a citizen, let alone a black one. His entire career is predicated on his ties to the police. That list includes his father, mother, uncle and cousin. He wouldn’t have a friend of family member in law inforcement. He probably couldn’t indict a ham sandwich after that. No officer would even want to assist him, let alone speak to him. His career would be over.
The civil unrest should continue until every police officer in America has on a body cam and mic.

Whenever I see injustices such as this and others I will always reflect on Maryland vs Walker.That was the case of Black off duty Detective Joseph Walker killing unarmed white Joseph Harvey.I’ve discussed Walker here. Again my issue in Walker’s case always was the way he as a Black police officer was treated for doing what LEOs do all the time.Walker ,like Wilson,Boss and so many other LEOs stated he shot Harvey because “I feared for my life and He came charging towards me.” That usually ends any arrest or charges.If The killers of Mike Brown,Eric Garner,Ayana Jones,etc were treated the way Walker was(immediately arrested,4 charges ,upgraded to 1st degree murder,1,000,000 bail. suspended without pay.Even after being acquitted in court of all charges 4 mos ago,Walker still hasn’t been reinstated.)It is these and other inequities that need to be brodcasted.

The double-standards exist in the workplace as well. Companies recruit for positions requiring the individual to be “assertive.” If they hire an “assertive” black or brown person however, that is construed as being “aggressive,” interpreted as “angry.”
MSNBC played the cop call after Tamir Rice was shot. The cop actually described that 12 year old as being in his 20’s.

I still say that very person interested in justice in that county needs to vote him out. They need to find a lawyer who will demand unbiased justice willing to accept a nomination and vote HIM in.
THEN, reopen the case………They need to formulate a plan and beat them at their own game. From what I read the AA population is almost 70% but the registered voter turn out is small. Fight back legally, protest peacefully and get your own guy in…….Two can play that game.

Then, all of our heroes died, from politicians to entertainers. Many were killed — John and Bobby Kennedy; Martin Luther King Jr.; Gandhi. The music died, and we took on the burden of being adults with 3D lives.

Reading Wilsons testimony just disgust me to the core, check this out, his birthmark they are claiming is an injury on the right side of his face explain how Brown got in position to hit him on that side of the face with his left fist?
Brown is outside the vehicle, The window is partially rolled up how the hell does brown throw a shot hard enough fast enough and that accurate and not hit any part of the door or the window doing so? its impossible.
Then you have a fellow officer who testified and clearly stated that Wilson told him that he had no knowledge of the theft at the store.
Then you have Wilson stating he considered using pepper spray but states that it would not have been effective cus Browns hands were covering his face, However just before he stated that he claims that he grabbed Browns right wrist to gain some sort of control in the struggle.
So which one is it Mr Wilson? did you have Brown by the wrist or was he covering his face?

I want to know but haven’t seen anywhere is was MB right or left handed? If DW’s head was turned toward the window it would expose that right side of his face making it easier to hit vs the left side of the face. Also from the crime scene photos it appears that the windows are fully down……is there something that says they were only partially down? Like I said I haven’t had time to review everything yet.

There appear to be 2 blood spots on the print about in the print area of the right hand.
Are these Michael’s prints? Was Michael ducking the 2nd shot of Wilson while perhaps Wilson had his head and gun hand out the driver’s window aiming and firing back (in relation to his cruiser) at Michael as Michael was running away?
Is this why there is a shell casing (marker #3) on the ground near Wilson’s driver’s door?
There is a chip on Wilson’s driver’s door near the handle. Does the chip relate somehow to Wilson firing his gun at the retreating Michael?

It looks as though Michael’s blood is next to the damage. (Probably when Michael’s right thumb was grazed by the bullet when Michael pushed the barrel of gun away to avoid being hit.)

Shell casings are typically very hot when they come out……I don’t see them ripping the plastic but instead melting it.

Now, I am thinking that perhaps (big maybe) the chipped of paint on the exterior of the door might have been caused by this bullet that entered into the door from the interior and also caused the glass window (which had been down=inside door panel) to shatter.

I’d like to hear the explanation of all those shell casings so close to Mike’s body. if Wilson wasn’t right on top of him, chasing him over 100yds from the car, then why are all the casings do close to Mike?

Those casings near Michael’s body seem to be in the wrong place in my mind…at least as far as Wilson’s story.

because it wasn’t a crime scene it was a police lynching and they certainly didn’t expect to be questioned about it.
besides, why preserve any ‘evidence’ when they can just make their own.
remember, one tech didn’t have batteries for her camera or take measurements cuz “self explanatory.”
BTW, someone sent a cell phone video taken seconds after killing Mike, where Wilson seemed be acting suspicious bcuz he was walking around looking at the ground right next to Mikes body. the person who sent the vid was wondering if he could’ve been dropping evidence like casings or something.
but at the time i was more interested in why he was basically stomping through the crime scene instead of keeping a distance so he wouldn’t contaminate the area like we’d expect they’d do after a killing.
it wasn’t like he was checking on Mike’s condition, he never did, it was just him &then the other cop talking and walking around his body looking at the ground and I wondered if he was trying to determine measurements by counting the steps with his own feet from the body in different directions.. weird.

Shannon, did DW ever say he backed up from MB after he first ran after him? I haven’t gotten into the evidence yet to see. But if he fired at one point and then backed up when MB advanced toward him then the casings would end up near MB…..except for those last two shots.

no, from what I’ve seen wilson never said he backed up. he didn’t explain any of those types of details, he was never asked about them.
if Mike is advancing towards him then why were ALL the casings (besides the two by the truck) so close to Mike’s body, in front and beyond his body? it would seem to me the casings should’ve be much farther away from Mike, as if Wilson was trying to keep a safe distance and not actually moving closer while shooting.

I always thought shell casings flew back to the right side. That’s why I am asking towerflower to help me understand the directions that Wilson’s casings would have gone as he fired his gun.
For instance, at his cruiser, this #4 marker is for one of his shell casings. It is in the gutter of the road and to the right (and I think BACK FROM) of where he had to been standing.

Yahtzee, I’m sorry to be absent from this discussion about the shell casings, etc. I’m more inclined to address words/testimony and show inconsistencies. At this point, I think that everyone knows Wilson lied directly and by omission to the grand jury. The interpretation of blood droppings behind Michael cannot be limited to Michael bum-rushing Wilson, neither that he came towards Wilson with bad intent. Based on other witnesses, Michael was trying to get Wilson to stop shooting him.
The other fact is that Wilson actually shot in someone’s apartment. IMHO, that acquaints to shooting at a person running away, rather than facing and coming towards you. According to Wilson however, he did not fire while Michael’s back was towards him. Another fact — other than the one shot to the top of Michael’s head, the other shots were on Michael’s right-side, indicating that he was turning around as Wilson fired.
Wilson’s story is that he fired several times until Michael stopped advancing, then fired again as Michael advanced on him. The path of the bullets in Michael’s body is what is important and the independent ME gave some explanation.
Long story short — McCullough’s office limited the possibilities of all evidence, only presenting it for Wilson’s benefit.

I am a visual person….I am going to approach the released evidence by studying scene photos first, then investigator’s description and measurements of the scene. After I have a good grasp of the scene evidence, I plan to study testimony.

Just read in Part 2 evidence that the Investigator, when taking rear window photo, was told by a police officer on the scene that the handprint on rear window was seen before “roll call” in the morning and Darren Wilson was told to have the car washed.
Investigator left the photo in evidence because he had already taken the photo.

So this slob is laid up in some other man’s home, while he’s still married himself, and gets in a fight when the man comes home to find him there? this is exactly the type of entitled, self centered, egotistical bully that has no problem driving by screaming profanities out the car window at a couple of young men and then cops an attitude when they don’t bow down to his authority!
this is who then slams on the breaks and recklessly backs up screeching wheels and all and admits to snatching Mike Brown by his arm from the car! then when Mike is trying to get away this guy decided to pull a gun and shoot him right there! but when that wasn’t enough he gets out and gives chase and shoots at this unarmed teenager even when he’s pleading with him to stop!
“Wilson said Brown would be alive today if he had just followed his original order to stop walking on the street, and move to the sidewalk.”
See, even Wilson admits he killed an 18yr because he didn’t obey his barking orders in a drive-by harassment.

I will say this. I’ve followed this case from day 1. I feel like I’ve been privately protesting at home while others have been out on the streets. I’ve felt from day 1 that Wilson was guilty. He definitely murdered that kid out of anger and the thought that if Brown lived, he’d be testifying againstWilsonand locking him up for the killing. Wilson embellished so much of his story but yes, he had lots of help. McCullough certainly did his part. His two assistants did their part as well. This was a department wide coverup. You had the chief, other officers, police photographers, prosecutors and Christine Byers of The St Louis paper as well.
I have to mention this. There was no way that Wilson was going to be convicted with the evidence in this case. These witnesses that were interviewed and brought before this grand jury was ridiculous. I’ll give one example for the evidence.
Wilson said that Brown actually grabbed his gun at one point. However, as far as we know, this gun has yet to be fingerprinted to this day! How ridiculous is that?
As far as the witnesses. I’ve read every witnesses testimony in this case and it was really sad. Mike a brown had lots of friends but he had no witnesses to his murder. I said on a post a bit earlier last week that Piaget crenshaw and Tiffany Johnson were not being honest and that they tried to duplicate one another’s story. That proved to be more than true. Not only did they lie, they basically just testified as to what they had both heard. They didn’t even see the shooting. Piaget’s testimony was embarrassing. The main witnesses that testified for Brown had just too many holes in their stories and some of them just flat out came in and lied. That being said,there were 2 witnesses that testified very well in Browns favor. However, they lacked the confidence and fortitude to stand up to what amounted to a cross examination from the prosecutors office. Lots of these witnesses were young and not very well spoken. Just not very Intellegent. They thought that they could just come in and tell a story about what happened and everyone would believe them. That is hy the grand jury ultimately accepted Wilsons story. He was lying but the witnesses were lying more.
Now I realize that Wilson should have been indicted if the prosecution and grand jury and the investigation had been handled properly. However, there was no way he was going to get indicted for this case. The fix was truly in place in this case.
I truly believe that Wilson shot at Brown from behind a few times. Unfortunately, he missed those shots and I believe the bicep graze was from behind. Wilson clearly used excessive for and his story is a joke. However, his lawyers did an incredible job with him and crafting his story around the evidence.
Body cams for every officer in America amd a special prosecutor for every officer related shooting. That has to be the law very soon!

I haven’t read their testimonies and when I took a look at the data dump, the names of witnesses are redacted. I did however, see their television interviews. Rather than think of their testimonies as made-up duplications, I see them as consistent with each other.
If it’s true as you say that the fix was in, then why would anyone’s testimony need to be construed true or false? I distinctly remember that in George Zimmerman’s case, John Goode wrote one statement that was inconsistent with his oral interview. On the witness stand, his demeanor was different than the tone of this written report, and different from that heard in his oral interview.
Personally, the only evidence that I need to confirm that Wilson intentionally killed Michael is the shot to Michael’s head where the path of the bullet demonstrates that Michael was falling forward, and the shot to the top of Michael’s head, indicating that Michael was level to the ground.

I don’t know if the witnesses you’re talking about were lying and I haven’t read their testimony, but did see their TV interviews. But I do know lawyers certainly know how to make a mistake seem like a deliberant lie. Lots of witnesses said Mike was shot in the back, including Darion the guy with Mike that day. But we know that Mike wasn’t hit in the back from the Autopsy report. (Although he could’ve been hit in the arm from behind)
But if I see someone being fired at numerous times as he’s running away almost 150yrds, and he suddenly stops and turns around, i’ll probably assume he was hit by at least one of those shots too. it’s only common sense, especially if its a trained police officer, because i’d expect him to be a better shot than he apparently was.
That said, is it wrong to assume that Mike was hit in the back &would I be lying if I said so or would I be mistaken?
And why would i intentionally lie about that when everyone knows that’s a fact easily checked at the autopsy?
Why would witnesses lie about that knowing the autopsy would expose them as liars? In fact later when the family’s autopsy came out and showed Mike wasn’t hit in the back those ppl corrected their stories and said that they thought he was hit in the back and/or it seemed like he was hit in the back.
I think the media and the prosecutor were intellectually dishonest to call them liars for what was mistake anyone could make.
The other thing about the prosecutor’s fake grand jury was the witnesses he choose to use and the questions they asked and didn’t ask.
They never did ask Wilson if Mike had his hands up but did ask him if Mike was charging. How does one not ask the target of the investigation one of the fundamental issues that could put his ass in prison or not? Was the prosecutor worried that a video could somehow show up of Mike Brown with his hands up and blow that lie right out of the water?
Consider the questions that were and were not asked of all the witnesses, I believe that speaks to the intention of the prosecutor.

I seem to remember at least one of them saying that Michael flinched as if he was hit/shot. I don’t remember them saying outright that Michael was shot in the back. We know how people who have an agenda to intimidate witnesses put words in their mouths.

It’s the same propaganda that Hitler used against the Jews. When things are repeated over and over again, people start believing it about the person or group and so it then makes no difference how their lives ended because they are judged as a burden on society.
The scary thing is, I’m seeing a nation subjected to the processes used by Hitler, and it’s going unnoticed.

I see ppl who are noticing it too but it’s so overwhelming and getting so pervasive we’re starting to expect it.
I remember I having a healthy expectation that Trayvon’s murder was so horrific and self-evident that Zimmerman’s fantastic fantasy wouldn’t work on even the biggest RWNJ, no matter what the internet haters and hate hags on the internet were bullshitting about. Ppl like Jeb Bush knew it and said something. I don’t understand how the hatehags ended up having such influence in situations like this.

To answer the intent of your question: I hope people stop refusing to acknowledge that innocent Black ARE unjustly stereotyped and profiled by LE and others and oftentimes are treated violently or unfairly during unjustified stops.
(I wish all the wonderful, good cops in our country would speak out against the bad cops.)

There’s a radio station in my neck of the woods that warns listeners of “debt relief day.” They tell them what intersections to watch for or avoid. “Debt relief day” is when cops sit at intersections to ticket motorists to raise money for the city to get out of debt and has nothing to do with traffic violations.
