Deadline Friday-You Will Need A Word Press Account To Comment

As most if not all of you know, this blog is subjected to continual racial harassment, hate-speech, and threats of defamation unless I delete this blog or change it to report solely on black-on-black crime. Word Press provides options to moderate comments. However, the perpetrators circumvent those options by using proxy IP addresses.
When the comments first started in September 2012, I ignored them as mere harassment. Then I was threatened that the perpetrators would “ruin” my reputation unless I stopped blogging. Still, I paid the threats no attention and kept minding my own business. They then made up names for me that they purported being my real names – yes, plural. They couldn’t decide what name, if any, was my real name. They ended up harming and harassing others who are not me.
Along with that, they took to posting comments on other blogs alleging that I’m “racist.” They cannot support that allegation. Their latest justification for calling me “racist” is because of the name of this blog.
Well, I just happen to like the song “Black Butterfly” by Denise Williams, the main reason is because the lyrics include that “a dream conceived in truth never dies.” All caterpillars go through the same process of transformation. Some are black, some are white, some are yellow, some are multicolored. It makes no difference.
In January 2013 after blacklisting their IP addresses, I sent complaints to their internet service providers. That stopped all besides one person who then switched internet service providers. Another complaint was sent to that internet service provider. I changed then to the option that only those with Word Press accounts could submit comments.
Miss Filth actually opened a Word Press account and blog and while continuing to submit racially offensive and threatening comments here, mocked that my efforts to stop her reduced the number of comments so either way, she thought she was winning in their effort to have this blog inactive. I sent a report to the proper authorities. The vile comments stopped and I went back to the option of allowing comments with signing-in with a handle and email address.
In or about May 2013, a comment was sent here warning that “Captain LJS” joined their group. The “Captain” boasts about using proxy IP addresses to conduct his filthy harassment while keeping his identity secret. From the comment sent here, in pertinent part:
We have also joined up with the “CaptainLJS”….and others (N*****s) and M. M******r … I am V.P. and proud to say so!!!!! THAT’S V****e!! Well I could the initials game all night. Lots more where that came from. Toodles.

“Captain LJS” is also known by other handles in addition to his real name. He’s the same person who several months ago filed malicious copyright infringement complaints against Blackbutterfly7 in effort to have Word Press delete this blog. His efforts went as far as to complain of copyright infringement on his gravatar that is included in comments he submits. Word Press denied all but one of his complaints, which gave me opportunity to challenge the one remaining. I did so, and he then had 30 days to file a complaint in the federal court. He did not do so. Word Press restored the one remaining photo. His plan failed.
Evidently, not finding a proxy IP address website that would allow him to access this blog, that person started sending racially offensive comments directly through his Comcast IP address. After submitting a complaint to Comcast, he then continued harassing through the computer network of the California State University in Fresno. That meant yet another complaint. He then used a Cricket phone to access public Wi-Fi.
Last week, that person was served with a complaint for a restraining order by someone who is also subjected to relentless harassment and false accusations. After the offending party was served, someone associating with him, (and no doubt at his direction or encouragement), decided to take out their frustration by spamming this blog with racially offensive comments.
The articles don’t matter. I can write about the sun rising, and the individual still sends racially offensive comments. What I share about my personal life, they use it in attempt to mock or place me on the defense. They do not deserve any explanation pertaining to my personal life and their mocking and lies do not define me.
Now finding it difficult to find a proxy IP address that allows them to access this blog, and/or has not been blacklisted, they send the same comment numerous times through different proxies hoping to hit one that will send their comments to be moderated. In other words, they want me to see their filth.
When the same comment is submitted numerous times through several different proxy IP addresses hosted by different companies, that is intentional harassment.
What I’ve done is moved the racially offensive and harassing comments from spam to the moderation queue to retain as evidence. More investigation is being conducted and the hosting companies for the proxy IP address websites are being notified to preserve the evidence.
In the state where I reside, harassing and obscene communications are included in the state’s hate crime statute. Currently, over 200 such comments are in the moderation queue of this blog. Of the 200, about 45 were submitted in the last 5 days.
Word Press gives the option to only allow the submission of comments by those who have Word Press accounts. This will require signing-in through your Word Press account in order to comment.
It should prevent comments from being submitted through proxy IP addresses. It will also prevent the submission of comments that use fake email addresses, as the cyber-extortionists are known for doing. It’s been a long time since I signed-up for a Word Press account, but if I remember correctly, the email address has to be valid and verified by Word Press.
This may or may not be a temporary arrangement. There are other things pending at which I am not at liberty to share.
The majority of Blackbutterfly7’s subscribers are also Word Press bloggers who already have Word Press accounts. However, there are people who comment here who do not have gravatar or Word Press accounts, and their contribution in discussions is valuable.
I do not know if having a gravatar account is the same as having a Word Press account. I do know that those with a gravatar account can click “like” on blogs whereas those who do not have a gravatar account or Word Press account cannot. Maybe someone here can answer that.
So, I humbly, and respectfully ask that if you post comments here, to open a Word Press account so you can continue doing so. Word press recently opened a page eliminating some of the previous confusion because some people thought that they had to open a blog in order to have a Word Press account. You do not.

They are not smart. In their comments, they make lots of false accusations as if to prevent me from submitting their comments to law enforcement for fear I will need to defend myself. They don’t understand that there is no defense for committing hate-crime. My state’s law sets forth; “…regardless of the existence of any other motivating factor or factors …”
Going out of their way to racially harass others who they claim to hate is in and of itself, a hate-crime. It would be like me voluntarily knocking on the door of a KKK meeting to call them names, and after they don’t let me in, putting racially hateful notes under the door and then crying foul when arrested for trespassing.

Jackie, I agree. It is verbal abuse and intended to mentally weigh me down. The law provides a private right of action for emotional distress and I’m currently looking into that.

It’s too bad you have to go through all this to have your blog. You shouldn’t be harassed for a blog. Hope WordPress decides to offer protection for their bloggers. It’s not fun having a blog that is harassed all the time.
There are blogs that just blog about Gardens or Dogs or Golden Retrievers. . . Why can’t you blog about the subject you are passionate about?

The perpetrators first alleged that their harassment was justified because people were “lying” about George Zimmerman. After the verdict in the Zimmerman case, they unzipped and exposed themselves all the way. It was never about GZ. Rather, it’s about their White Supremacist ideologies.

Before I was attacked, I never publicly posted it, and no one asked. In their first volley of threatening comments, they accused me of being an old White woman who would run if I saw Trayvon coming towards me.
Knowing that they wanted to know my race, I never publicly posted it. If anyone in our Blackbutterfly7 family presumes it, I allow that because I believe that we are one. We came to know of each other by our written words; expressing our hearts and minds. And still, no one has publicly asked the color of my skin.
The only people that is important to are the cyber-hate-crime extortionists.

Wonderful. No one on regular blogs were people are civil ask about it, others just mention it. I did because I have not walked in another’s shoes. But I wouldn’t have run if I saw him. I probably wouldn’t have because I’d be watching the road and scanning to make sure a child or pet wasn’t going dart out in front of me. People assume what they shouldn’t. I hope this harassment stops though. We need good people blogging and a diversity of people commenting.

Xena, These people go above and beyond the racist agenda that is to be found in the blog’s of admitted bigots. Perhaps in a land and time far away we as a society will not have to deal with people like them. It was said before, but I will say it also, at no point have I ever heard you or any of the regular posters say or imply anything that was not positive and uplifting… Perhaps at some time they will learn that while none of us has to always agree with others, we must always afford the same respect as we wish to receive…

crazy1946….when I was signing up for a WordPress account “Yahtzee” was already taken. Apparently, it was always fine when I used it just to comment, but it is unavailable as a WordPress account because of all of the Yahtzee game blogs.
That is the reason I had to add something extra (butterfly) in order to still have the “Yahtzee” reference in my name.
I hope you will continue to simply call me “Yahtzee” for old times sake 🙂

M1, it appears that the biggest delay and drawback is because of separate jurisdictions. Those identified reside in Florida, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, California, Washington State, and Michigan. There might be another in Wisconsin.

Much like Zimmerman keeps relentlessly falling on his face, some people just have to try to keep pushing the envelope while knowing full well they are in the wrong.

Or inoffensive, mild-mannered people in sad, dead-end jobs, just getting out their frustrations. I’m afraid the storyteller in me has to wonder and speculate. I’m guessing that happy and well-adjusted would not apply to them at least. That much is safe to say. The majority of them have been identified. The ring leader is in his mid 40’s and holds to White Supremacist ideologies. He is joined at the hip by a man in his late 30’s who is disabled and an admitted sovereign citizen.
They have 3 women doing their dirty work. One just completed college, is of Viet Nam descent, and is friends with the White Supremacist’s daughter. They met in college. I suppose that denigrating Blacks is her way of making herself feel acceptable by White Supremacists.
Another purports being a woman online, but is actually a man. Age unknown. The other is a fairly young woman who had a relative murdered in Florida, and resents that Sybrina and Tracy were able to do what her relatives could not in getting an investigation. Her actions are motivated by an idea that Blacks have too much power and are unwilling to share it to help her family.
Then another is a woman in Texas who holds to White Supremacist ideologies.
This group is assisted by several others who stay away from submitting racist comments, but work to dox, intimidate and spread rumors. There is one whose assignment is to instigate by innocently asking pointed questions on blogs to introduce his comrades and what they have written on other blogs about others.
You are correct about the best revenge.

Oh yes, Joseph, Zimmerman is going down, whether by charges for violating Trayvon’s civil rights, or by digging his own ditch deeper.
But you know, the cyber-extortionists only began using him as their excuse months after his arrest. It’s always been about race with them. When DP submitted comments with racial slurs to this blog on the “Happy Thanksgiving” thread, then you know it has absolutely nothing to do with GZ.

Xena, I’m so sorry you are having to go through this. I used to post (rarely) on Frederick Leatherman’s Law Blog, but finally stopped when I got attacked by some of his most avid (rabid) followers. I’ve noticed that they tend to attack anyone who varies the least bit from their own views and will often run off anyone who disagrees with them. Sometimes the people you think you can feel comfortable around politically turn out to be the most vicious in their attacks. I do hope that you able to get everything worked out. Take care.

Linda, I remember you from Leatherman’s. How the heck are you? When things got heated there and I saw it happening, I tried calming the storm. Some of the heat, I didn’t see. During Zimmerman’s trial, I was asked to help out on another blog so I didn’t spend much time reading nor commenting on Leatherman’s. I’m sorry that you were attacked.

Xena, I too am sorry to read of what has been taking place here. I haven’t commented in quite some time, but I do read your blog and reader comments each chance I have. Here’s to truth and justice – integrity is powerful, thank you for that gift. Experience is the best teacher and there is no other way than with truth. And… I can only imagine how difficult and lonely the lives those individuals lead. Maybe that’s why they need to purge their bile so often. Man, that’s got to burn. ❤

accidently landed on the last page i was on & noticed the dummies were trying to make more stupid comments that you had to shut down again! they really do get desperate when Trayvon gets attention!

See how they lie? I’m not shutting down and I’ve never shut down. Those who violate law by sending racial harassing comments may have thought the blog was shut down when they could no longer access it using proxy IP addresses, but that’s because they were trying to violate law while keeping their identity hidden.
That’s classic perception of abusers. They interpret, translate, and perceive all things for the purpose of abusing their target victims.

Thanks for your kind words. I’ve learned good from their evil. You probably know that it’s been said that people need to experience things in order to understand them and what others experience. I had not been exposed to adult bullying until Sept. 2012 when opening this blog. One thing I notice is how they either assume, or outright lie, in hope of provoking victims to give them more personal information.
Now, I can help others to understand the purpose for that, not be provoked to return evil for evil, and not take baits. Mainly, I hope to one day be able to share this with children so they feel no guilt in being targeted for bullying. The experience of knowing how harassers use proxy IP addresses will hopefully be beneficial to those who write regulations and legislation. These things take time, but a dream conceived in truth never dies.

I have been reading your for quiet some time now through the reblogs of others and enjoying your perspective. I finally followed you, mostly to ensure I see anything not reblogged though I suspect between Dr. Rex, ObamaCrat and IdealisticRebel I see everything.
I am stunned by the level of ugly you are being put through, though I don’t know why. Some people are simply beneath contempt and without a moral compass. I do hope the actions you are taking bring them out of the dark and brings a hammer down on them.

Since I engaged the option that only those with Word Press accounts can submit comments, the main cyber-terrorist has taken to defaming this blog on Youtube. He is an admitted sovereign citizen and does not believe that laws apply to him. He keeps on giving evidence that his actions are intentional racial harassment. It is now up to law enforcement.

The threats and methods used by those cyber-extortionists who have attacked this blog, not only includes attempt to deprive of us free speech, but it is racial harassment to deprive us of our right to freely associate with others regardless of race. We currently have a truck load of comments that were sent to other bloggers warning them of defamation and threatening harm, if they continue to associate with “black racists” and “White guilt idiots.”
I’ve come to the conclusion that they all have serious dysfunctions. It’s not only because of their harassment, but also because the same things they tried in 2012 to humiliate me to remove this blog and my internet presence, are the same things that they do today in 2015.

Shows, whoever they are, “Divide and rule” is very important to them. As a Brit, race is a less contentious issue here, in many places here you are working class whatever your colour. Don’t feel “white guilt”. As working class the same bastards were exploiting all of us. But what blacks were/are subjected to is way OTT. And bullies don’t have my respect. Your blog is needed. The internet has given everyone a voice – for the first time? But cyber harassment is a big issue for women. It’s a great opportunity to compare notes and learn from each other. Keep shining light in the dark corners and flush the crooks out.

Prayerwarrior, thanks for your kind words. I was attacked and threatened for a year before I blogged about it. Then, I felt it was time for others to know the methods and tactics. Knowing how they operate destroys their ammunition making their weapon (the internet) impotent.

There is something about the experience of being abused/bullied/harassed that puts the victim on the back foot. It is a very confusing experience and difficult to explain in terms other people can understand. When people can give clear accounts they are very valuable because most people aren’t able to. And the
point is to expose their tactics/methods. I am glad you put up your account. the more people who do, the better.

Prayerwarrior, by the time I realized that ignoring the cyberabusers did not stop them but only agitated them to progress in their ugliness, a year had passed. If I recounted it all, it would end up being a book. I can’t imagine what parents of children who are cyberbullied must feel and go through.
