George Zimmerman’s Celebrity Boxing Match Cancelled

Damon Feldman, promoter for the celebrity boxing match involving George Zimmerman, took to Twitter today and officially announced that the event has been cancelled.
TMZ reports that Feldman tweeted,
“Just looked at my son and daughter today wow I’m so lucky those people must be in so much pain … all you people are right.”
On February 7, 2014, we wrote here about the fake match, why it should be cancelled, and posted the link to the petition to cancel the match. The petition picked up steam through social media, including Twitter. With a goal of 100,000 signatures, the petition now has 98,583 signatures as of the writing of this article.
Thank you Damon Feldman for doing the right thing.

My Kids & one of my Grand Kids(she is 23) said “This reminds us not to get on your BAD SIDE”!!! Then told me how PROUD they were of taking part in this! My 23 yr old grand daughter is living in NY doing all that she can,My other one is only 2 & 1/2,so we are trying to make it a better place for her! TOGETHER we can make a DIFFERENCE!! GZ Yeah, this is George, I used to be head of the neighborhood watch at RVC, and about those divorce papers I lost…I remember now I found them and put them in the mailbox a couple of weeks ago. I think the mailman is up to no good. I have been waiting by the mailbox everyday for weeks for him to pickup the mail, and he just stares at me and walks on by. There he goes now.

So now I guess we will wait and see what he comes up with next. I am hoping he will slink off into the sunset to lick his wounds because I want to say he can’t come up with anything more vile than this last thing, but I’m afraid to, considering who it is. He can’t seem to go more than 2 weeks without being in the public for some reason, but I’d be happy to never hear about him again.

Feldman might be playing the publicity role, but one thing I do know is if he does not stand on his decision to cancel the fight, I’m putting the following on blast. Going over Twitter, only one person has told him to still go on with Zimmerman’s boxing match; i.e., David Piercy. David Piercy’s reason is motivated by his racial bigotry. If Feldman decides to go on with the fight, and with the following, it can only be due to Feldman agreeing with Piercy.

Funny thing — when one of them start getting attention, they come out of the woodwork as if to compete for attention.
Then too this week, we hear that O’Mara has withdrawn representation for GZ in the NBC lawsuit and that Judge Nelson will not allow it to proceed until GZ tends to pending sanction matters in the criminal case. We also heard that GZ obtained a divorce attorney in effort to set-aside the default judgment dissolving his marriage.
IMHO, the only thing that GZ ever cooperated in was interviewing with the cops after he killed Trayvon, and that was because it was for his benefit to get his lies recorded. Heck! He didn’t even cooperate with Barbara Walters!

As much as I would love seeing Zimmerman get his ass handed to him by DMX, I know this whole match was just another way for him to make money and have more materiel for the book he will undoubtedly be writing in the near future. It would be playing into his hands to have a match. Now if somebody beat his ass outside of the ring when he wasn’t expecting it, that would be fun to watch.

With the Ostermans and Papa Zimmerman already writing books, what is left for George to tell? Mark Osterman said at trial that proceeds from his book were put in a Trust for George when he was set-free. Well, he was on July 13, 2013 and apparently Osterman’s book made no profit.
George is capable of killing anyone who he thinks is going to fight him. He probably wears his gun in the shower. But, I would like to see him charged with violating Trayvon’s civil rights.

Good this is cancelled. I wanted to see George fight Quentin Jackson,Wesley Snipes or Michael Jai White. Now if you noticed zman continued to show his racism. All 3 opponents were black,plus he specifically asked for blacks to fight. This attempted boxing match ,is just more proof that zman is white. Would black person acquitted of murder of a white person,be allowed to participate in a celebrity boxing match?
