Samantha Scheibe Wants To Get Back With Zimmerman

Hat tip to Towerflower.

Samantha Scheibe

Samantha Scheibe

Samantha Scheibe, George Zimmerman’s girlfriend, wants the “no contact” order revoked.  She wants to get back with George.

Zimmerman’s lawyer filed the motion, that included an affidavit by Samantha that she “may have misspoken about certain facts.”  She also says Zimmerman never pointed a gun “at or toward me.” Scheibe now says that she will not help the state prosecute Zimmerman.

When Zimmerman was arrested, the court found him indigent and appointed a public defender.  Frank Taaffe, former neighbor watch in the same gated community where Zimmerman formerly lived and killed unarmed 17 year-old Trayvon Martin, bailed Zimmerman out of jail.  On his website, Taaffe asked people to donate money to Zimmerman.  Soon thereafter, the court found that Zimmerman was not indigent.   Zimmerman hired Jayne Weintraub to represent him.  The Paypal account that received donations for Zimmerman through the legal defense fund established by attorney Mark O’Mara, is now closed.

Seems to me that money is at the root of what happens and is happening with Zimmerman.  Of course, having the charges dismissed means he avoids legal fees and gets to keep whatever money is donated to him.

In the alternative, maybe donations are so low that Weintraub’s only option was to try to have the charges dismissed and Samantha’s affidavit is the easiest way to accomplish that.

  1. It may not have anything to do with money – it may have to do with the cycle of abuse. Women do that all the time – I was one of them. In fact, what finally sunk in to me was when I was at a DV shelter, there were several plaques hung over the fireplace. They were all plaques of women who decided to go back – one last time. I had gone back to my abuse ex so many times you would not believe it. I tried to have a no contact order removed – however, the state picked it up and it was out of my hands as the charge against him became that of the state and not me. I think it was at least 4 times that I had left and gone back. However, this time those plaques spoke to me and I knew if I went back, it would be for the last time.

Maybe it is because of money, maybe she is just a “typical” abused woman caught up in the cycle of abuse. Maybe she will go back several times before she leaves, or maybe she will go back one day and it will be her last time.

    • Yeah, that’s pretty much it. Regardless if it is for love or money, she is going to end up dead by his hand, one way or the other. It may be sooner, it may be later, but if she keeps going back to him, and if she would go back to him with the whole world watching, she will end up dead.

Get back with George?????? For????? 15 minutes of Fame? On the news again? Is she thinking movie or book deals??????? Donations…….or is it just flat out Drain Bramage!

It’s not like she’s been with this slim, handsome, honest, law abiding chunk for long…..(eyeroll)……..makes me wonder what the real reason is.

Would anyone in their right mind want to go back with a person who does that to them?

Then again, this is George we’re talking about, he’s probably learned his lesson, and won’t do it again. Perhaps she should consult with his cousin and see what she thinks.

HA! George is incapable of learning anything unless it’s how to be deceptive. If the State dismisses the case and George gets his guns back, he’ll be back in the news within 2 weeks.

    • I’m with you mindyme. Zimmerman barricaded the door to prevent the police from entering. In fact, he was on the phone with 911 saying that the police were knocking, wanting to come in. That is not an action against Sam, but an action against the police and I would think that they can pursue that even without the aggravated assault charge.

      • Plus I don’t see how she can claim the police intimidated her when the excited utterances was made on 911 before she ever talked to the cops. They don’t need her to press charges, the tape did that on it’s on.

        • towerflower. Excellent and factual points! Sam certainly said that George put a gun in her face while she was on the phone with 911. She also said that he shoved her out of the door, while she was on the phone with 911.

Know what else she said? Something along the lines that he is good blaming others and lying.

Just thinking — but since Sam was out of the house, and George had barricaded the door, that is proof of his malicious conduct. I expect the State to challenge the motion.

Xena…..is there ENOUGH for the state to charge him without her? Why wouldn’t Sam be charged with reporting DV if there wasn’t any? Plus….why did they NOT charge him with resisting arrest since he piled the furniture in front of the door & wouldn’t open it? I can’t believe this….

Can she have the charges dropped? Well, they should charge her with lying to 911.
This whole thing must have been a set up. Why???
It sure made the police look stupid busting into the house after a man with a loaded gun.

    • Hey Lolypop!!! It’s not Sam’s case, so she can’t have charges dropped. I don’t believe it was a set-up unless it was on George’s doing to get Sam out of the house while he took it over. He was the one facing homelessness with only $144 in his pocket. Turns out too that his license was revoked for failure to pay a traffic ticket. He could have taken a chance in driving, but if stopped, he was looking at a charge of driving without a valid license and needing more money to resolve that problem.

  14. Xena, I held off posting on here yesterday because I wanted to see how many people actually read the articles and the links provided. It would seem that some do not because there was some items in the information that was not brought out here. The most curious item in the statement from SS was when she stated that George Zimmerman did not point a gun at her face, note that she did not say a gun was not pointed at her, only that it was not pointed at her face… If one were to read her statement carefully you would realize that it was not written by an attorney (or at least one I would give my money to!), and I would give two to one odds that it was actually written by George Zimmerman… Read her statement again, only this time actually read it slowly and digest the intent and motive behind the statement… I actually smell fear in this statement and I would think that SS has good reason to have fear, I hope she has her daughter in a safe and secure location….

I agree with you crazy1946 it defintely fits Zimmerman’s speech, thought and writing style and process. People do not realize that their writing and speech is as accurate as a fingerprint. I have no faith nor trust in the State nor county judicial system in Seminole and Florida after the fiasco of the Martin trial and their overt agenda. They seem very steadfast on continuing their protection of their injustice. Their decision making in protection gets worse with every excuse and alibi they give for Zimmerman’s contiuned pillaging and rampaging through society and the legal system. I am not a lawyer, however if they decide to drop the charges and he kills this girl( as he seems hell bent on killing again) would the state be liable?

    • Sharon Burney,

” however if they decide to drop the charges and he kills this girl( as he seems hell bent on killing again) would the state be liable?”

I am not a lawyer either, however it would appear that they would have no case, with the victim having requested his release from charges… I think it would actually be more of a case of suicide via George Zimmerman…

You folks are worried about SS, however my concern at this time is more for the safety of her daughter. My gut tells me that she is in extreme danger from this pedophile and I fear that she will be harmed, if that has not happened at this point in time… Don’t think for a moment that he would not harm this child to protect his own skin, he has proved that he will kill already and the life of this child would only be another notch upon his gun… Don’t think for one short second that this man does not have a gun, my money is on him acquiring one as soon as he was released… Too many racists in that area that would freely give him one!!!

Now to the question of why SS requested the dropping of charges, I would suggest it was out of fear… Perhaps not for her own safety, I think she can probably hold her own against George Zimmerman, but out of fear for the safety of her family, remember George Zimmerman is an expert at manipulation, and the AFFIDAVIT she submitted appears to have been written in a moment of fear, again read it once more very slowly and digest the words carefully, does anyone actually think that this statement was written by her? What does she have to gain from his release? Absolutely nothing that any sane or reasonable person would desire much less wish for…

Now, in closing, let me say this for all to hear, I don’t want harm to come to SS, but if harm must come then let it be to her and not her child… That little girl has no part in this whole scenario and needs to be protected from all harm, no matter what the source…

      • I’ve seen and heard enough. IF he kills the child’s Mother, that isn’t hurting the child?
If I was her I wouldn’t drop the charges. You said she may get killed anyway, crazy1946, so why would she drop the charges? Anyway the police arrested him so it isn’t up to her.

        • I might add that most women do get killed even after they drop the charges. She was right in calling 911. How many times has the Mother or wife felt so sorry for the boyfriend, they drop the charges. The man who’s wife is in prison for 20 years and never touched him sure never dropped the charges.

        • Lolypop, Perhaps at some point I will learn to make sure to cover each and every word totally and sufficiently so that some one will not take it out of context, but I probably won’t be able to do that. Yes, if George Zimmerman murders SS it will mentally hurt her daughter, I apologize for not stating plainly that I was talking about “physical harm or injury” to the child. SS, is an adult and as such she is allowed to make bad decisions, that could cause mental or physical harm to her daughter… Again my concern is for the “physical safety” of the child which IMO has priority… Again, I’m sorry that I upset you by failing to specify correctly what I was attempting to say… Actually because of this problem I think that it would possibly be best if I leave the commenting here to those who never offend anyone.. Have a great night….
          _________________________________________________________________

I went back and read your words again, it would seem that you failed to actually realize that I was responding to the post before where it was suggested that if SS was killed by Zimmerman the state could be sued for her death. At no point, let me repeat that for you, at NO point have I suggested that the state drop the charges, nor have I suggested that SS do so… Try going back and reading the entire post again and perhaps you might understand what I actually said…

I put absolutely nothing past Zimmerman, as a parent I don’t understand staying with someone that sent that pic to the child, let alone getting involved with the likes of him and allowing him access to my child. Too late to dwell on that, what stood out the most to me while watching his hearing on the DV was how after the judge told him no guns and no contact, he asked his lawyers twice (at least) to challenge the judge on his guns, and clarifying exactly how many feet he had to stay away from her, he also asked the judge if he could be allowed to go to the home to retrieve his “belongings” that was requested twice. At that moment i knew he had no intentions in honoring the no contact, and that he planned on staking out the area in hopes of getting close enough to contact.(which is why he wanted to clarification on the distance)

I doubt that the police will ever charge SS with making “false” statements. To do so would open all abuse victims to arrest when they have second thoughts.
