Video From Shellie Zimmerman’s iPad Cannot Be Recovered

After filing for divorce, Shellie moved out the house she shared with George Zimmerman.  On September 9, 2013, George Zimmerman appeared at the home that he and Shellie rented from Shellie’s parents as Shellie was moving out her belongings.  An altercation took place.  As Shellie was recording the altercation with her iPad, George took it from Shellie, bent it across his knee, and using a pocket knife, took it apart and threw it to the ground.

George Zimmerman told police that he took the iPad from Shellie because she was using it to hit him on his back.

Although video captured George taking the iPad apart, Lake Mary police gave no statement on whether they asked George why he felt the need to destroy the iPad after it was no longer in Shellie’s hands.

Now, U.S. Secret Service agents have told police the “board containing the microprocessor was bent and the connections were detached.”  Click Orlando reports that the agent also said “the remaining chips were present but are encrypted with the encryption keys on the damaged micro controller.

Based on the forensic examination, Lake Mary police concluded there is no further examination possible, and the State Attorney’s Office has found that there is insufficient evidence to prosecute anyone in connection with the domestic altercation.

        • @Two sides. Exactly. Maybe there are people still donating to his defense fund, but those donations after his bond was revoked were so small that O’Mara begged for more on a regular basis. It came out at trial that John Donneley and his wife bought food for George and Shellie, and John bought George clothes. So, donations weren’t sufficient while George was awaiting trial. I can’t imagine that his supporters would be willing to cover his living expenses perpetually.

Or, maybe he found another woman to support him in exchange for him protecting her from paranoia fears.

George claimed that happened in the garage. Convenient place without a camera, uh? And, had she hit him and there was audio of it on the iPad, seems like he would want to preserve that evidence rather than destroying it.

I do not understand WHY he can’t at least get an attempt charge for destroying the I Pad & the home, etc.I am hoping that as soon as Shellie is off of probation, her & her parents will let him have it!
What else do these FOOLS have to have to at least show him acting out of control, ripping the IPAD & involving yet another weapon(knife)? He is a real piece of work, laughing thru the whole thing. Is he just not ever going to pay for anything he does?

Actually, I don’t know what to say. An intentional destruction of property leads to the logical conclusion that it was destroyed to destroy evidence. But in domestic violence situations when both parties allege abuse, the cops generally take both parties to jail. George knows that. He has Shellie over the barrel.

The big guy is Wes. He is also in a pic with Zimmerman on Zimmerman’s MySpace page. Seems to be a friend he had in VA.

Wes showed up in the courtroom during jury selection after George’s bodyguard was denied returning due to his cell phone going off in the courtroom. When witnesses were sequestered, Wes was no longer in the courtroom, so it seems that he had some duty to George’s family rather than supporting George by watching the trial.

I saw the MySpace page as a recent addition that George manipulated surprising was his name as Joe G. Who is the former guard? I don’t recall him having a bodyguard unless you are talking about the one who sits in the courtroom throughout the trial who is bald but at one point was shown in a picture of George entering the court but the same dude had what looked like a tarantula on his head and a string tie. He is the same one who was there throughout just minus the tarantula.

Wesley is his actual first name and his last name is in articles about the domestic altercation — I just don’t recall it at the moment.

The bald headed guy was George and Shellie’s bodyguard who came along after AIS filed suit against them and O’Mara for breach of contract. He also accompanied Shellie to court at the one hearing where she appeared before she changed her plea.

As far as the AIS lawsuit, I believe it’s legit. What is no doubt holding it up is that the only person capable of paying the judgment is O’Mara, who has probably asked that the case be delayed until he has enough money to offer to settle. Then too, he would need George and Shellie’s approval to settle and that might be like walking into a war zone.

I did an in depth search of Zimmerman, but found his ID and claims to be false. His statements to Serino on 2-29-12 speak for themselves. It was very obvious what he was about, and Serino tried hard to see any reaction from this sick person as he slapped photos of Trayvon in front of him. AS he showed himself in the trial, each time they put up a photo of Trayvon after being declared dead, he was happy and mesmerized. But the jury saw none of this ya right!

Bullies like to see the results of their actions. It dE-sensitizes them so they progress in torturing and killing for no other reason than the pleasure they get from doing it. Even Jodie Arias didn’t want to see the photos of Travis’ cut and tortured body. Zimmerman gloated when seeing Trayvon’s dead body.

He is your garden variety psychopath. Sad to see this conveyed by him on camera. If I were his Attorney and I never would be I would have told him each and every time the jury walked in he should show emotion and nod in respect. George kept his “don’t give a shit face” on throughout. It was rigged from the beginning, my feeling is Mark O’Mara was not aware of who he was taking on. As for Mark Nejame send him straight to hell. I want HLN taken off T.V. forever.

You make a very good point. He didn’t seem to make friends at college neither at Kokopelli’s Gym — at least, not the type of friends he would be proud of or having advocate or testify for him.

            I never understood that.

Why wasn’t AIS able to put a lien against Piglet’s defense fund?

He’s still paying Shellie money from that defense fund, correct?

When AIS filed suit there should have been enough money in the fund to satisfy the $27K lawsuit against O’Mara, Piglet and Shellie.

Maybe they did, but the defense fund is broke.

He’s still paying Shellie money from that defense fund, correct?

Without an order of the court, I doubt it. It sounded to me like the money he left her with before he went on his “victory tour” was half of the remaining funds in the trust.

Apparently, the defense fund didn’t have the money to pay AIS and that is why they sued. O’Mara doesn’t disagree that they did the work and are owed — he disagrees as to who instructed them to provide GZ with 24/7 security, conduct private investigations, transport Papa Zim to the airport — all that extra stuff.

If the defense fund is broke how has Piglet been paying the $1000/month rent to Shellie’s parents since approximately January?

That was almost Piglet’s $9K share of the $27K lawsuit.

Furthermore how is Piglet paying Wes to keep him company now that all of his family, friends and fans have abandoned him?

Hell it looks as if it would cost $500/month just to feed Wes.

          • @roderick2012. Zimmerman’s defense fund was no doubt getting a couple of thousand a month, but it’s pretty obvious that he didn’t receive enough donations after his bond was revoked to continue living in extended stay hotels with 24 hour security. He spent more than he received.

At some point, the Donnelley’s had to buy George and Shellie food. Also, apparently the defense fund didn’t have enough money to buy George larger sized clothes because John Donnelley testified in court that he bought George’s suits, shirts and ties.

Furthermore how is Piglet paying Wes to keep him company now that all of his family, friends and fans have abandoned him?

Wes might be part of that gang that Zimmerman referred to on his MySpace page. Wes is on a photo on that MySpace page. You know, the gang that would handle things for George, do a year in jail, and not tell on him?

Hell it looks as if it would cost $500/month just to feed Wes.

Oh, I would think more than $500 a month. 🙂
