Since the Lake Mary police can’t see the truth of George Zimmerman’s actions, it’s up to Kelly Sims, Shellie Zimmerman’s attorney, to bring George’s destructive actions before the court in the divorce case.

another f’ed up investigation. His vehicle wasn’t searched due to not having probable cause But O’Mara and Samantha both say ‘yes’ he had a gun (guns).

@Lolypop. I saw that earlier on HLN. Cops have no idea how much strength they use when tossing people around. There’s a video I have of a frail woman in her 80’s being thrown down by a large female cop. She was thrown down like a wet towel. It instantly busted the woman’s head open. In another video, the cops throw a man down breaking his leg. Then they demanded that he roll over face-down and because he couldn’t move fast enough for them, they tased him.

The presser was pretty much what I expected – sidestepping to avoid complications prosecution for both sides, but at least Shellie stuck by her story that GZ did make threatening gestures. Unfortunately, as I learned with a similar man long ago, you can get away with that kind of stuff in many states.
Wonder how much heat her soon-to-be ex is packing these days.

@Lolypop. Hey!! Just watched the press conference. I haven’t read where a cop told George to go ahead and break the iPad. George broke the iPad before the cops arrived, so I highly doubt that a cop told him that.
Cops are not lawyers, and they deem all property in possession of married couples as “community property” belonging to both. They don’t distinguish between marital and pre-marital property. Dividing property is a civil, not criminal matter.
Kelly Sims describes George’s bodyguard as “400 lbs.” Sims also said that George rigged the air conditioning in the house so that it would not turn on. Kinda reminds me of what the ex-girlfriend said about him turning off his mom’s electricity where she could not turn it back on. Anyone who knows how to rig things like that learned it to cause harm to others.

GZ was threatening. West, his bodyguard, placed his hand on GZ’s shoulder as though to calm him down. So what does GZ do? Destroy Shellie’s iPad.
The cops are not looking at it correctly and frankly, I think GZ is interpreting the law for them.
Now I wonder if GZ is still residing in that house.

Florida was heavily impacted by the real estate bubble, Quite possible that they picked it up during or after 2008 – lots of good deals to be had if you had some $ to invest in other people’s foreclosures, etc.

I wonder if gz “rented” some of these places as “hide-outs”through the Donnellys’ real estate business but did not want them in the Zimmerman name. Perhaps he had Shelly’s father get them this way so that they would be listed under the Dean name.

Looking at it, GZ not only needs a roof over his head, but it looks like the woman with him was living there with children, and then there’s West the Hulk from Virginia now being his “bodyguard.” Let’s sort this out. The woman and her children apparently had no place to live, which is why she moved in with GZ. So, who is going to qualify to apply to rent a residence?
My guess is that GZ is going to milk his soon-to-be former father-in-law and continue living in that house until the Sheriff comes and sets him out.

In Florida, a landlord can evict you for any reason. If they have a written lease, it will state how much notice has to be given. If It doesn’t, and I am going to assume they have an oral agreement, if they rent month to month, 15 days before then end of the month, the landlord must give notice. That means by the first he should be out. If he’s not, then the landord has to file in court, but all in all, worst case 4 to 6 weeks from the time he gives notice, and faster if he’s not paying his rent.
If he is locked out by the sheriff, he can kiss his stuff good-by. He can’t have it until all his rent is paid, and all fees associated with the eviction, court fees, ect. The landlord will charge a daily storage fee as well. My husband was a property manager for 20 years, and not once has a tenant paid up all the fees to get their stuff. Lets just say, their treasures became our treasures. My dog even came from a tenant .

😦 my ex husband was evicted from a place and lost many pictures of our children because the LL wouldn’t let me retrieve just the one box of albums. I even offered to pay a portion of his (and his next ex’s) fees.. My treasures, pictures of my children, were lost.

There’s a hard-core GZ support group at annettekblog.wordpress.com. There’s just one guy there who is taking a dim view of GZ’s behavior since his trial, and there’s been quite a bit of sparring between him and the others the past few days as they twist and spin to blame Shellie and make excuses for GZ. He says he’s opening his own blog but has closed it to the public. Sandra Osterman’s stepmom (or is it mom?) posts at annettekblog as well as at the Treestump – she just wants everyone to pray for the couple – and there seems to be quite a few hardcore supporters still making excuses for GZ and dumping on Shellie over at the Treestump too. And on the Facebook Zimmerman / Martin “discussion” page. Oh, and at Diwataman’s blog – he and his crew are Shellie bashers too.
I think Zman could kill someone again and he’d still have quite a few people making excuses for him. The people left in his camp are awfully delusional.

Most never supported George Zimmerman, the person, anyway. They were angry that Blacks had media jobs and ability to organize protests that resulted in the Governor appointing Corey who subsequently arrested GZ. They jumped on GZ’s bandwagon because of that — not because they ever believed in his innocence. They wanted Black America to fail and for them, having GZ found not guilty did that. They are so very wrong.
Now, some seem to have diarrhea of the mouth saying that the DOJ is not going to charge GZ. They want to expound on disappointment and feelings of betrayal to discourage those working for equal justice for all. They threaten that if Sybrina and Tracy sue GZ in the civil court, that Trayvon will be disparaged. Fear and shame are weapons of the devil. Americans of all races, genders and religions have been through too much to bend to that now.
George Zimmerman is responsible for his own actions. After his Hannity interview, he was silent, so anything about how he and Shellie were living, hiding, broke, etc., came by way of Mark O’Mara. If anything, zimmerlovers should ask themselves why O’Mara did not tell them the truth and pimped them out.

When I read the Montana judge’s decision on the rape case where he said the girl/student was more mature than her age, and sentenced her rapist/teacher to 30 days, I asked myself, what handle does he use to post on the GZ support sites? Same dysfunctional attitude of blaming dead victims for crimes committed against them.
