“Fu’king Punks” – Open Thread For Trial
Assistant State’s Attorney John Guy started his opening statement with how George Zimmerman referred to Trayvon Martin — an unarmed 17-year-old who was walking home from the 7-Eleven. “Fucking punks.” “These assholes. They always get away.” Clearly, Zimmerman saw one person as a “group.” The State’s opening statement was based on solid evidence without any misleading.

Mark O’Mara wants Tracy Martin to be removed from the courtroom during trial. His argument is based on a friend of ShelLIE’s telling her that Tracy said “mother fucker” under his breath as he walked into the courtroom last week.

I was on my way to achive this thread, and saw this post by you! “A FRIEND OF SHELLIE’S?” Is this the same Shellie Zimmerman who was arrested and awaiting charges for perjury? The lying Shellie Zimmerman? We are supposed to believe Shellie Zimmerman? Her friend?? I almost spit up my coffee when i read that at the beginning of this trial! Why would Tracy Martin call him that under his breath? He didn’t even know him!! The MF is Fogen, who I am sure he calls him that several times a day in his head! This family and their friends are a lying bunch of sh**! They are always causing trouble for everyone that they come in contact with. They are toxic. That didn’t work well for ShelLIE. She was still sequestered, and her friend looked like a fool bringing up something that he alleged happened days earlier that he had not reported to a bailiff. Even more so, O’Mara looked like an idiot bringing it before the court. When he blatantly asked Judge Nelson to violate Florida Supreme Court Rules to have Tracy and Sybrina sequestered, he unzipped and completely exposed himself as a person believing that the color of skin gives him entitlement to ignore court rules.

Good to see you too! Happy 4th of Juy! I am vacation this week and part of next week, so I have been visiting my Mom and relaxing with the kids, and we are all watching the trial! How come it is only the “friends” of “Zimbots” who hears these expletives from under someone’s breath? Why didn’t he report hts that day? Mr. Martin could care less about their alleged friends, which none of them have. they only have flunkies to do their bidding like Osterman and Taaffe and one wrote a book of liles, which were refuted on the witness stand one by one!
All of the lies Fogen told Osterman were debunked. Osterman and Taaffe. Fogen’s “daddy substitutes.” These dudes are old enough to be his father! Who would want to be friends with any of these freaks? O’Moron was really reaching with this one wasn’t he? Trying to get the victims family barred because the Killers family is not allowed to be in the courtroom! LOL! This man has some nerve and you are so right. They feel due to their skin color,they have a sense of entitlement. These freaks are unbelievable aren’t they?
I am also fed up with the many television commentators and attorneys! Do you notice how they are saying that the prosecution has no case or their evidence is weak, or Fogen is likeable and the evidence has helped the defense?? After the first day, I turned them all off and I do not listen to anyone except Sunny H. She is a former proescutor. I like Nancy Grace, but since she has had Taaffe on, I cannot stomach that man and I don’t watch her if he is on her show.

Good to see you too! Happy 4th! Shellie has some nerve! Trying to get the victims family barred, because her family is forced to wait outside in the hallway! BAHHAAAAAAA! I am sick of all of them! I think the trial is going fairly good. The forensic evidence was very telling and the medical evidence. I am looking forward to the rest of the trial.
What still disgusts me is his stealing the screams of TM and stating that he was beaten 20-25 times in the head and never once set foot in the hospital! No x-rays of his nose, no ct. scan, no MRI, nothing! What is up with that? Nothing to show the jury. Does he think the jury is stupid? Does he think that anyone who had their head bashed against the ground those many times, would sustain irreparable brain damage or even succumb to death? This man is severely mentally ill, along with being a Socio-path.

Once Sybrina testifies that the screams are Trayvon’s, the only way the defense can counter that is to put on a defense witness to say it is Zimmerman’s. The defense lacks a credible witness in that regards, because their witnesses are actually basing their belief on what Zimmerman told them.
The jury will need to decide for themselves. For one thing, the scream ends with the gunshot. Logic says that the person screaming was silenced by the gunshot. The jury also saw the photo of Trayvon’s death face. As Tracy described it, there was a tear running down Trayvon’s cheek. Not one witness said that Zimmerman was shedding tears/crying. Not even Zimmerman says he was shedding tears. Those screams and tears go hand-in-hand.
Secondly, the jury will have that tape during deliberations. If others can hear Zimmerman’s voice in the background cursing at Trayvon, the jury will be able to hear it too. Pundits thought it was bad for the prosecution to play Zimmerman’s interviews with Singleton and Serino and his re-enactment video, but that was a VERY smart move by the prosecution because for one, it made Zimmerman’s voice familiar to the jury.

I believe Sybrina will get up on that stand, and speak very softly and shet a tear, and say that is my baby screaming for me, and screaming HELP! That is all that is needed. If West or MOM try to cross exam her, they will look like the monsters that they are for badgering the mother of the victim. The jury of mothers will not like that at all!
When they played that 911 tape the other day, I could clearly hear TM scraming,” I’M begging you! Help! Mom! I don’t know! Help! Stop!” and you could hear Fogen in the background cursing like the deranged man that he is! I know the jury hears that. They are not stupid, and they also heard the testimony that, that gun was planted right under the nipple of his right chest, their were gun powder marks. Fogen pulled on the clothing and planted his gun right there and pulled the triggger! That is a MFer, cruel and evil man!

Speaking of the beg sites, it’s rather difficult for me to fathom how anyone can receive almost half a million, but still be homeless and needing money for living expenses. Well, we do know why George and ShelLIE lied about the money, hid his valid passport, and did not pay the entire bond. As Judge Lester said (my paraphrase) if not but for that GPS ankle bracelet that he ordered, George would have fled with $135,000 of other people’s money.

LOL! I donate to the ASPCA, St. Jude’s Hospital and to my Veterans. I don’t donate much but I do. I understand perfectly why these sub-humans donated to the Fogen beg site. They want him to get off, and that is why they are making statements that the DA has no case, and why Fogen is so innocent! They ignore all of the evidence! They are happy he murdered a black kid. They wish he could murder more. They are sick and demented.these people! Yes, half a million dollars adn I hope they saved some for the Martins when they sue their butts!
Shellie and Fogen do not know how to manage mone and that this evidenced by the fact that he and Shellie were on the verge of eviction and their “shruck” was being re-possessed! .Hell, they didn’t even pay their own rent. Daddy Z did! What a bunch of irresponsible adults they were? Why the hell were they married for? No children and they still could not manage to run a household and pay their bills?
Did you notice how MOM got that rep from the VA Police Dept to admit that due to Fogen’s bad credit, he was turned down for the position of P.O. but the real reason is because he didn’t pass the psychological exam, verbal and written. They should have interviewed a U.S Marine rep on why the military turned down Fogen!??? I friend in DC who works in the military from my old days, and he told me because of Fogen’s psych issues, he was also turned down from the military! Why doesn’t the DA supena the military??
Fogen and Shellie instead of saving money to pay for experts, they spent the money on food, cell phones, luxuries! They paid off bills and just went crazy with other people’s money! How sad I was to see so many people donating to them when my buddy soldiers have lost limps, and are trying to get work and are homeless and are wating for speical housing and these two sub-humans are receiving money from racists only because Fogen killed a black kid! What a disgrace! There were people however, who were angry at them and denounced them who did donate money.Some do not believe him now! Wake up people! He and his family are con artists and liars!

IIRC, Zimmerman was rejected by the cops in Maryland too, and that was his failure to pass the psychological exam. The Virginia cops didn’t get that far to even interview him because of his bad credit.
Prosecutors still proved their point, which is that GZ is a “wannabee cop.” O’Mara missed that point and exposed GZ as an irresponsible debtor.
You made an excellent point about the military. The military is not likely to accept anyone who has to take prescription drugs for ADHD.

this was really shady today. the way the defense suddenly freaked out about such a BIG deal- as if they never expected it. that cannot be right, and there can really only be 2 reasons.
either the defense is actually playing games, and planned on objecting like this to throw off the states game.
or they really didn’t suspect this and they’re totally unprepared and unfit to try this.
i’m actually worried about this now bc JN isn’t just winging it here, so if there’s the slightest subjective issue that could side with the defense, she will use it!

I need to watch that portion again because IIRC, Judge Nelson was opposed to the defense’s objection. She asked that the attorneys present her with case law. Of course O’Mara didn’t know where the State was going with GZ’s numerous 911 calls because they have given no more than a second of attention to all evidence that convicts GZ. Rather, they thought they were putting Trayvon and attorney Crump on trial.

Shannoninmiami- it would seem very strange to sustain the defense’s objection here. After all, they approved the evidence. I would say they are totally unprepared but MOM is such a dick I wouldn’t put it past him to plan to object all during the trial. I remember that he asked JN to rule on evidence as they went along.

ha! State playing all fogens; 911 calls about the same thing seems those 911 calls are at or about the same time of evening. after listening omar see they are yes previous fogen 911s are damaging.
what a way to end the day of testimony, last thing jurors hear before breaking for the night. fogen non existence threat of suspicious ‘kids’ all black. huh aint that a hoot
if i were on the jury the first thought would be why now does the defense want to object? what are the defense trying to hide about defendants’ previous behavior, acttions, etc. i would be very interested and want to hear those tapes. if i was not allowed, then that still would be on my mind and not trust what the defense is presenting about fogen.
even with the headache west, the defense will not be able to counter fogen getting on the stand to explain himself.
i’m about to get a bite to eat, i’ll check back in a bit.
oh yeah, i gave omar the finger and called him a effin ahole and effin punk several times, and west got called a few new names…..

I just watched the part where O’Mara tried a tit-for-tat argument to have Tracy and Sybrina treated like the defendant’s parents. The Rules don’t allow the Zimmerman’s in the courtroom when they are also summoned witnesses. O’Mara does not think that court Rules apply to the Zimmermans, just like GZ didn’t think that laws apply to him.

Hi Xena….I sat back & watched the Zimmerman Family,then I watched the CLASSIEST Family in the whole court room! Once again,the laws & rules do not apply to the Zims.They were damn determined to get even with Tracy! I think this family is going to bury themselves & the whole bunch may end up in jail! Any attorney speaking to media during active murder proceedings is wrong, there has got to be a law and a Gag Order is needed. Just think if JN had relaxed court rules, the only leash she has to control Rabid O’Dog in her courtroom.
O’mara talks and tries to justify west knock knock joke, Frye Hearing States’ audio experts, his ‘no no statement to JN’, the Martins in the courtroom and showed a bit of JN telling him to stop about Tracy Martin.
What was really interesting is O’mar plans about putting Fogen on the stand:

State has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the crime was commited and Fogen did not do so in self defense (wthaF?) They (The State) have to disprove self defense by reasonable doubt.

Sounds as if his plans are to derail any and all State evidence when presented by any mean or dirty tatic, well thanks O’mara for letting Bernie know you plans. That you have not considered even presenting a case until you know that you have managed to rip apart every piece of States’ evidence and witnesses. OOHH, Okaaayyy!
Oh yeah west opening was the presentation of defense case, is that defense case Already several items west stated have been proven untrue and twisted lies will be revealed.

What Omar did to Mr. Martin, ya’ll now see first hand with your own eyes how black people were treated. Many men, women and children suffered because of simple lies like that spiraled out of hand. We watch O’mara and Fogen supporters boldly voice that view.
Finally, for the world to see that tactic is still being used. O’mara outright lied on Trayvon in open court, in the meida that Trayvon taped his friend beating a homeless man. He rung the bell, many still believe that simple lie. Look we see what is still being posted that Trayvon was violent and now his father.because of simple lies.
Now O’mara got away with that and confident he could get away and go went after his father Mr. Martin with the same tactic only gave everyone a look of how black people were treated and are thought of.

O’maras’ tactics have not veered far from what is past, putting Trayvon on trial is no different than this history of simple lies leading to horrible fates.
The simple lies told carried horrible fates: Scottsboro, Rosewood, Emmit Till, Lige Daniels (16yrs old), Jesse Washington (17yrs old), Will James, Michael McDonald (1981), finally James Byrd (1998)..

It took me a couple of days after seeing that to get over physicial pain. Trying my best not to relive memories of what my family and I lived through in the 50s and 60s’ and what I saw,happen to black people because of simple lies.
I wanted to share what I who O’mara is and see Judge Nelson putting a stop to O’mara, simple lies. Even telling him to ‘stop it, stop it’, is pitiful she had to do that.
O’mara next simple lie will target Witness 8 ‘Rachael, my heart goes out to her.
