  HLN just reported that the Arias defense gets to put on another witness. Closing arguments are scheduled for Thursday. Want to make a bet on how long the jury deliberates?

    Actually it’s the first time I’ve seen Elk on the property…not that they haven’t passed thru before, unnoticed….AND I don’t think they would fit under the deck….We do have a Chipmunk that lives under the back porch… 🙂

      Squirrels and rabbits love my backyard, although I have a dog. Oh — and saw a snake on Friday — had the wildlife guy out Saturday morning to spray repellant. About the rabbits, he said to leave them be.

        We have a species of Squirrel that lives at these elevations….coal black….with tufted ears…..have a pair that lives in the tree outside the stamp room…..The mate named them Simon and Theodore……..I call ’em Simon & Garfunkle….I’ll snap a pic of them and post it.

AWESOME VIDEO! Not that we’re asking for the death penalty, mind you. But 35 years to life might as well be a death sentence for cowardly George in the Big House. Yeah, MOM had the look of seeing a bigger and better predator about to snatch this case away from him!

  If O’Mara had evidence that GZ killed Trayvon in self-defense, he would have had that immunity hearing last year. Remember, he said he would decide after going through discovery. Well, he must have decided not to have an immunity hearing, but played financial supporters hoping they would continue donating money so he could add more office improvements.

      @MMPat. Come tomorrow, O’Mara will have to poop or get off the pot in regards to an immunity hearing. He has already forsaken the time that Judge Nelson set aside for an immunity hearing, so the only way he can hold that hearing now is to delay trial, and I doubt if Judge Nelson allows that.

  O’Mara has lost his mind. He is pulling deception on Zimmermeth. There will not be an immunity hearing combined with trial. That is not within the Rules.
  
  I’m one sleepy sister now. Almost fell asleep when West was talking. LOL

    He seems to have done just that Xena, lost his mind. He’s such a whiny little bitch!!
    West is a good ‘lawyer’ when it comes to thinking on his feet but he was no match against BLDR today. He made them all look foolish.

    Yeah…it’s tough listening. Everytime I regain consciousness, I always hear something eye-opening though… BDLR did make West squirm…West started out strong with the resistance, but quickly got fatigued and made a mistake when he said ABC was having discussions with O’Mara re recordings…

  Hey Marilyn!!! Good to see you. I subscribe to Trent’s channel, but have been watching closing argument in the Arias case and just logged on. Yeah — I’m having fun with my new toy and am still learning — can’t hold a candle to Trent and LLMPapa. Add Sanford Watch and xy11xy in with that group also. Their work is excellent!!!
