I saw this a few weeks ago and am still awed by this. no matter what, unless we walk in their footsteps, we cannot grasp the full extent of what they have endured. When we look at the past year, Trayvon’s cause is so overwhelming in emotion, and momentum that there is no doubt Justice will be served. There is no doubt that he will not have died and be forgotten.There is no doubt, his parents have survived an enormous tragedy, overcome enormous adversity and will have the memory of a son who was that normal kid, who’s name will be used with the stature of Dr. Martin Luther King. A Cause !

I am glad that Xena posted this video because it shows the love and affection from Tracey and Sabrina for their son Trayvon. I know that today will be hard on the family, and us. I want to think of Trayvon on the horse. I want to think of him helping his Uncle. I want to think about him hugging DeeDee. I want to think about him as much as possible of living moments then the other. It will be extremely hard, but it will keep me from falling apart. I feel the tears coming once again, so I will repost what Racer said.

      I am also grateful for this safe place to be. My heart aches for Trayvon’s loved ones and tears are welling up in my eyes as I think of Trayvon’s desperate cries for help as he looked death in its face.

It’s raining today, and chilly. Am thinking of the Fulton and Martin families, and their son and brother lost so senselessly to gun violence aided and abetted by wrongful laws, through a person wrongly empowered by those wrongful laws, supported by a police department wrongfully promoting those wrongful laws. It is a terrible anniversary, but may the perpetrator be brought to justice correctly.

        You know what I was thinking, its amazing how a song or a video can translate for us of how we are feeling today. Though some of us may be gifted by typing out our thoughts and feelings, its just something about a song that takes it to another level, if that makes any sense.

    Trayvon wants no revenge, he is at peace. I feel, in my heart, he only wants Justice to make certain this never happens again. Trayvon was doing nothing wrong, we all know that.

Please forgive me for not being active here today. Thanks to all for their participation, sharing of thoughts and love for Trayvon and his parents. That positive energy sends forth righteousness like a waterfall. Love is the greatest power of all.

Watching Sybrina and Tracy in New York, I was captivated by their courage, dignity, and strength. Jamie Fox, Dr. Tyson and other speakers were right-on.
