Encouragement for Sybrina and Tracy

It’s time to take a break from discussing the Zimmermans and the George Zimmerman case, and send some love out to Sybrina Fulton, Tracy Martin, and the rest of Trayvon’s family and  friends.   We have not forgotten you.  Trayvon loved you, and we do too.   This is also for the encouragement of Attorneys Crump and Jackson, and all those working on your team.

We lift you up.

Videos shall be added to or changed on this page from time to time for your encouragement.

The following song was written and produced by Hail Ceasar.   The first 26 seconds might be difficult to listen to, but it’s those sounds that awoke a sleeping world and placed Trayvon in our hearts.

    • @mindyme62 and blushedbrown. My heart reaches out to Trayvon’s family, friends, and their legal counsel to give them encouragement and let them know that we have not forgotten about them. Trayvon’s parents have launched “Change for Trayvon” on FB page and a website. http://changefortrayvon.com/ You might want to spread the word to send them some love and support.

  3. Okay… just curious

did the judge give a red light to the addresses of the witnesses and such being published and given?

    • From what I gathered from the hearing, the judge said the state will arrange the witnesses to appear for depositions by the defense. She also said by using suponeas by the traditional way by using a process server, it is possible that person serving the suponeas will leak addresses. Therefore when O’mara wants to interview them, the state will do all the arranging so they will be safe. Also note the judge did not grant O’mara request for the state to provide the names and addresses right then and there. She said that O’mara can ask their addresses at the time of deposing.

      Hope this helps….

  4. Does anyone know what the deal with the protective order motion is? I have no clue what the deal is.

    • West and O’Mara want the court to order that state witnesses not talk with attorneys for the prosecution before being deposed. That’s the motion that Judge Nelson will hear argument on 10/26, although she already said that sequestering witnesses will not be allowed. Legal counsel always speak to witnesses before deposition. That motion’s argument is circular. It is based on certain LE personnel saying there was insufficient evidence to charge Zimmerman. We know that the Governor appointed a special state’s attorney to investigate because the SPD failed to investigate. They didn’t look for evidence but simply took Zimmerman at his word, which also questions their impartiality. The motion also contains misrepresentations, because IIRC no labs were ordered until after the Special SA was appointed.

There were several cops there that night who already knew GZ from his previous calls also Osterman showed up for GZ while they were still early in the investigation and quite a few knew him.

        • Yep. They allowed GZ to walk freely in the police station. Without taking any evidence from his clothes neither his skin, they allowed him into the washroom unattended. Either the SPD is untrained and stupid, or they just didn’t care that an unarmed 17 year old 11th grader had just been killed by a man with a history of violence and on meds for mental illness.

  5. I enjoy this video. I hope all of these experiences that have haunted blacks can bring us together to end violence all over and bring peace into our hearts, finally.
